The room not clean and wifi is very slow. Not Recommend if you need to work while you stay in this hotel

Very basic accommodation. The design is outdated, cleanliness can be upgraded. Small room, very small bed for twin bed room. Hot water isnt that hot.

Actually, this hotel is great value for money. Its cheap, comfortable and has a reasonable gym for fitness. Room maintenance seemed good. The breakfast has good variety but the taste is so-so. Will definitely be back if staying in Balikpapan on a budget.

The hotel smells of cigarette. The towel provided by the hotel had this brownish stain and somehow it got initials written on it using pen so I assumed that the towel was mixed up with somebody's towel.
The breakfast is located across the hotel so it is quite a hassle to actually have a breakfast there. Definitely won't stay here again.response / report this review -

The hotel is standard, clean & well maintained. All the basic facilities can be found. What I like the most is the location of the hotel. Just within 5min walking distance, there are mall, complex, market, cafe & even pub nearby.

I made a reservation via agoda 5 days before arrival date, clearly said 2 nights, 2 room and twin beds each. Its paid already. But the front desk said they only have the room i requested for 1 nights, and we must transfer to single room the other night. The front desk have a bad attitude towards guest. He dare to ignore me when i show him reservation details i made with agoda. Plus, he slam the room key afterward in front of me. That's awful
Although the manajer had apologize and give us room upgrade since the case is their fault, i think i'll never wanna stay in this hotel ever againresponse / report this review -

Nice newly opened wing. I stayed in grand deluxe room with bigger space, modern interior and quite okay amenities. The resto is bigger serving quite good selection dishes, Illy coffee and ice beer.
