Its to quite. Far away from bandung city center, so I find difficulty to access the city, the only accommodations is by online taxy

It's a nice hotel. I went there for a family gathering event. The breakfast was great, the bathroom is fine, the only problem for me is their praying place is a little bit small

Room ok, shower no glass or something to make floor not wet, chanel tv not much, little spooky. 19.00 pm corridor light not trun on.

Good breakfast, good staff and spacious room but the housekeeping wasn't good enough to do their job. Trash from previous guess still in the drawer, bed smells like urine, wifi wasn't get to the room. Didn't really get as they told me in Agoda.

SOMEONE OPEN OUR DOOR IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT, MAYBE A ROOM KEY CAN ACCESS ALL ROOMS, AND THAT IS NOT GOOD PRIVACY, Many Mosquitos, Bathroom very bad, shower is half dead, hot water coming in a long time after yoi turn it on, the sewer also bad, the water flooding our bathroom, Staff is very friendly. Four star hotel but needs more upgrading

This is a superb hotel, the staff were very friendly, all the facilities you would expect and more. Though I only used the pool, there was a gym and spa. The air conditioning was the coolest I've ever felt. Everything was clean and the food was lovely. I enjoyed every part of my stay and would highly recommend.

Good place to spend with family or someone that we love. middle price hotel,and the pool is great.not too far from the kawah putih,ciwidey and from the downtown of bandung

This hotel could better than current conditions. Bathroom doesn't maintain properly. Carpet is dirty. Breakfast selection is limited. Overall there is no point doesn't represent a 4 stars hotel.

The superior room is large enough for stay with family. Great swimming pool. Gym available. Breakfast is good but not great. Friendly staff.
