  Petugasnya ramah. Saya sedang mencari hp baru namun ternyata Sony tidak lagi memasok ponsel Xperia ke Indonesia karena aturan pemerintah yang pihak Sony tidak setujui, mengenai ketentuan kandungan dalam ponsel. petugas memberi saya saran untuk mencari si Sony centre summarecon. Disini hanya dijual produk-produk Sony yg lain seperti kamera, speaker, dkk.

  Mantap..saat ke gerai Sony disini..sales nya ramah2..gak ribet jadinya enak buat nanya2. Beli barang sesuai dengan keinginan.

  pertama kali saya beli vaio ini sdh terjadi kejanggalan dipanelnya, krn dipanel ada sinar putih saat saya tanya mengenai hal ini sales mengatakan itu dead pixcel atau bisa jadi kesalahan dalam produksi, dan sales meyakinkan bahwa itu bukan masalah fatal. saya masih memaklumi terlebih dikartu garansi dikatakan bahwa garansi tidak berlaku utk panel.
  lalu penggunaan tahun ke 3 vaio saya mengalami eror di windows, beberapa program tidak bisa saya buka, beberpa icont pun tidak bisa aktif.. sampai skrang vaio sya smakin bnyak mengalami eror.
  overall saya suka dengan vaio jika tdk mngkin saya sudah hardcomplaint sedari awal saya beli.
  tolong feedbacknya apa yg harus saya lakukan apakah masih bisa berlaku waranti perbaikan???
