  The people at the customer service centre are very friendly and helpful. I brought my laptop to be fixed there and they did a wonderful job. It's just a li'l bit long to wait for it. It took roughly 16 days for that.

  Service laptop means factory reset not fixing the problem. Have to install Windows updates myself. Problem hasn't been fixed.
