+ locations, clean and neat, friendly staff, good wifi
++ provide smoking room, breakfast is excellence! They even provide coffee booth (contains various coffee from Indonesia) for coffee lovers, and they served it in drip! And the best thing, it’s affordable price! 👍🏻
- i don’t see any egg booth during the breakfast today. Hot water is not so hot, only warm.

Room is clean and relatively spacious. Breakfast is goodmany choices though local dishes mostly. Serves good variety of speciality coffee. Good value hotel for Pekanbaru.

Nice hotel, comfy, all staffs are helpful and friendly. Good breadfast. The management team especially GM gives the customer a very warm and friendly hospitality.

twice gotta here.. Staffs are nice. Good breakfast and average dinner. Rooms are comfort, we got 4 pillows, but not really enjoy it. There are cafe, BRI Atm and Indomaret in front of the hotel. Taxis are available 24 hours

Not staying, but their staff's support on meetings are really good.
Food selection are mostly Indonesian-based, though sometimes lack in variety. Their fried rice is top notch, meat focused on chicken and fish only. Cereals and toasted bread do exist for childern or those who do not want rice/noodles for breakfast. Porridge and soto also there for varieties.
Meeting rooms are ok with staff on stand-by. No significant drawbacks whatsoever. Meeting room also come in 3 sizes for all kind of meeting and participant numbers. The smallest one's door cannot be opened from outside, though. They have charter service incase you have to pick up your speaker in airport.
Have smoking and non-smoking floors for rooms, which is nice if you bring kids along. Quite close to the heart of Pekanbaru (for example, it would only cost less than Rp 10.000 to reach Mall Pekanbaru using Go-Jek). Have supermarket just across the hotel for daily needs and snacks.
In overall, this hotel is nice place to retreat from daily activities. Or for meetings. (rating might change when I finally stay in the hotel)response / report this review -
