Hello. I want to say "here represents me and my family who have used the services of this rental. I am writing this because I am not satisfied with the response given by Anugrah. Honestly, I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE PROVIDED. If possible, I will give an assessment. minus 1. The value is too high 1. Yesterday we ordered an elf car + driver for rent from PP Palur-Banjarnegara. They mentioned the price was 1,700 thousand with an estimated time of 11-12 hours. We did not bid at all because we believed and had experience using the services of them When leaving, the car is clearly not in accordance with what is being offered. The air conditioner is broken. The car seat cannot be turned back. When traveling home, you can see that the car is not in prime condition. The car broke down 4 times (even more). die with dark roads and trips out of town) When we were promised to be picked up by another car, we waited and waited, but the pick-up car didn't come. ung come. Then, we continued our journey. On the way, we stopped again because they promised to replace another car. But, still didn't come. They just said "just a little more. Close." Still not coming. Finally, we tried to continue our journey. And, the car broke down again. The time was already 5.30. It was estimated that we arrived home at 02.00, we were still waiting for uncertain news until dawn. Finally, we used an online taxi to go home. When we got home, we complained and hoped to receive compensation for all the events that occurred. Many of my brothers work late. Time and energy wasted. When we contacted the rental, they only gave the excuse that THEY DON'T KNOW THE CAR WAS BROKEN BECAUSE THE CAR IS OTHER RENTALS AND THEY ARE WORKING TOGETHER. What kind of excuse is this? NONSENSE. FATHER, WE ARE CUSTOMER. YOUR RIGHTS WE ALREADY FILLED OUR MONEY DIRECTLY INITIAL TRANSFER, OF OUR OBLIGATION TO MEET OUR RIGHTS. You're just sorry. If my car breaks down, is it enough for me to apologize? As a customer, how do we know your car is good? It's your duty to ensure that the car provided is safe. Whether it's a car from your own rental or a collaboration with other rentals. If you don't know / believe the car is in prime condition, PLEASE SAY NO. You only offer a discount for onward travel. We don't need that. We need your good faith to bear our losses. Call us and apologize if necessary, even though we only complain via WhatsApp. I hope that this kind of incident will not happen again in the future and no other customer will feel what we are going through. I believe this rental can be better than yesterday, because we have also used the services of this rental several times and it's good. "only. Kebayang ngga sih senengnya dapet mobil lebih dari yang kita pesen ??? Jadi karena kami lagi butuh banget dan waktunya mepet, akhirnya kita mau deh apa aja mobilnya, yang penting bersih dan terawat. Eh rupanya malah dapet yang keren abis. Salut deh buat owner rental ini.

Counter staff suggested a different model for where we were taking the car given the snow conditions. While car was bigger than we needed it was all they had available when we changed to the upgraded v4WD vehicle. Salute.
