  155k antigen swab. Waited for the swab almost 40 minutes. Swab results are quite fast 20 minutes. But unfortunately the ethics in giving results is very bad. The patient is called to the admin desk, and the results are notified in a voice that can be heard by people in the waiting room, so other people can know our results. Bad and unprofessional ethics for PUSURA CLINIC. Please make improvements in the future

  It's stingy to not give a sick certificate. The reason is outpatient, not inpatient. Even though the patient is outpatient, the patient's condition is still weak, dizzy, nauseous, vomiting, walking limping, unable to carry a motorbike, do you have to force yourself to come to work?? Really stupid I swear.. Other clinics are not like this. Health centers, hospitals, practicing doctors are also not this complicated.

  The handling is not a relief.. Asking for a letter is also difficult to ask for forgiveness especially from a doctor whose name is N. Fitriyah. We also get a BPJS discount every month, the sick person should be given a letter of use, whatever we have BPJS if the doctor is not comfortable.

  The doctor is nice & friendly. But what a shame. I'm too scared of the pandemic to keep my distance. Required to wear a face shield but it is dirty. G comfortable. Why isn't it offered to buy? I'm sure it was used by another patient. Gloves don't seem to be standard, so the patient changes immediately. I feel uncomfortable. Because when the procedure is holding the cupboard, get drinking water to rinse and then the patient's action is again, after the procedure the gloves are not removed. Immediately make hold of the patient's action paper. There is no doctor's assistant either. The room looks dirty

  For junior doctors, I give two thumbs up because the consultation was very satisfying, but not for senior doctors, for stomach pain they only diagnosed it orally without a physical diagnosis.

  Dokter gigi nya tidak becus masak mengeluh gigi sakit sudah 3x bolak balik ga ada hasil. Yg katanya tambal sementara lebih awet dr yg katanya tambal permanen yg terakhir. Sebentar saja copot. Gigi sy sakit lagi. Kok ga dicopot saja. Not recomended

  Pelayanannya sangat buruk terutama pada dokter umum yg praktek sore hari ini tgl 21-8-2018.suami saya sudah berobat berulang kali tidak ada hasilnya tetap tidak mau memberikan rujukan sulit amat c minta rujukan pdhl kami tiap blnnya byr TIDAK GRATIS apa hrs menunggu pasien meninggal dl br diberi rujukan dan paling menghinakan suami sy mnt rujukan ke spesialis pnykt dalam eh malah diberi rujukan ke spesialis jiwa apa dokternya yg gila sy bnr2 menyesal percaya pd klinik ini klo perlu TUTUP aja klinik ini krn tidak bs melayani masyarakat dng baik

  hari ini pelayanan tidak memuaskan.. buat dokter pusura dr. fitri.. istri saya habis periksa masih skt perut sama mencret kok dibilang gak apa2 dan cuma dikasik vitamin. mana tidak dikasik surat istirahat.. jangan semua orang dianggap pura2 sakit.

  Ini klinik apaan ?
  Klinik 24 jam tapi jam 20.25 dokter sudah tidak ada, tidak profesional banget.
  Lebih dari 4 kali mau berobat kejadian yang sama,
  Apa klinik seperti ini tidak punya sistem yang baik,
  
  Masukan aja, bila pengganti dokter belum datang harusnya tidak ada dokter yang meninggalkan klinik, karena secara info baru jam 23.00 dokter pengganti baru datang
  Tingkatkan lagi dong pelayanannya!!!
  Saya yakin kalo bukan karena BPJS lama lama tidak ada 1 pun yang mau berobat kesini

  Tidak memuaskan sama sekali pelayanannya, saya sarankan jgn ambil faskes 1 disini karena kalo minta rujukan dipersulit sekali, dan minta surat dokter di esokknya setelah periksa juga gak di kasih.
  Perawatnya tdk menerap kan 5S. Merengut bae !!!

  Periksa ke dokter berasa cuma beli obat di apotek, cuma di tanya keluhan sambil ngetik di komputer uda dpet obat deh, tanpa di periksa perut ada nyeri ato gag kembung gag eh di palpasi ato apa kek, lidah kotor ato gag,gag di lakukan sama sekali.
  Terus tulisan di resep sama obat yg di dapat beda banget, di kertas resep cuma 3 item, tau2 dpet na seambrek (entah yg resep lain nya via online ato gag jg gagal paham),bilang nya aman buat busui ternyata zonk, sia2 keluar uang tp tak ada guna.
