  cheap, chilly, casual. the deluxe rooms upstairs are not renovated yet, not clean, and not too cold like those downstairs. the hot water is not running well. fried rice with a fried egg is their only breakfast.
  if you have limited budget but you want to experience foggy places, stay here. each room has 3 bed (either triplet beds or 1 double with 1 single bed).
  the deluxe room has bath tub, standard room only has shower and smaller size.
  no children playground, only a tennis court.
