I stayed here for two nights. I found room more clean and comfortable within this price. They are more than comfortable what hotel charges. Gentlemen at front desk and LITA from restaurant they are all best. I would love to stay here always. Love you all

This hotel location is not strategic. Difficult to find street food or other hang out cafe nearby. When I arrived at my room, the cups were dirty. The house keeping service is bad, I had to call three times only to ask them to replace the cups. I asked for two and they only gave one.

Staff is very friendly. Good breakfast. Also menu for lunch and dinner. Rooms are clean. Aeon mall and Q-big mall on walk distance. About 25 minutes.

The hotel is located at no man land at the moment because the surrounding stills under developing. Rooms have very bad sound proof. Service at the restaurant are terrible.

Near to the AEON Mall and ICE BSD. But
Noisy traffic is heared.
Slow wifi connection.
Small parking area.
Not many cable tv channel.
Small restaurant.

Poor service. Arrived at 2PM to check in and was specifically told to wait 15minutes for our room to be ready. We notice there were already many people waiting around at the lobby.

We ended up sitting and waiting around for OVER 1 HOUR with no explanation whatsoever regarding when will our room be ready. A family who had babies sitting around next to us was complaining, because it was nap time for the baby, and this hotel still can not accomodate them (I was thankful I didnt have kids with me).

Finally we went and asked to speak with the manager incharge (was told his name was Mr. Mulyadi). After waiting a few minutes, the manager NEVER came out, instead a different person told us they had relocated our room.

Understand that this is a budget hotel, but the customer service here lack basic human decency. The lobby I was waiting around at was full of kids running around, cranky babies and parents. The worst part, this hotel did NOTHING to acommodate us.

Worst budget hotel ever, avoid at all cost.

Close to ICE, Courts Megastore, Q-Bic, Nanyang School, The Breeze, AEON mall, IPEKA school, BSD Plaza and other places. The hotel parking area is not big. The foods are okay. If you want to stay at this hotel, I suggest to book it online from travel applications, because the price cheaper than you book it directly from the hotel.

A great hotel within BSD Area. Quite expensive but you will get better deals from online booking. The room is nice & comfy, the bathrooms is quite small for me. The room smell nothing, which is good. The dine-in room is quite slow but the food is nice and taste good. The amenities is very nice, unfortunately the shower gel and shampoo is very drying, so better bring your own.

The food is very nice, taste good and the breakfast have allot selection. If you bring kids, there is a pool within 4th floor, so they can play around. But I realized some pool lighting is broken so make sure your kids not near of it.

For the price is quite a nice deals for Rp.400.000++ and better get free breakfast option because there is no restaurant nearby.

Went here for wedding reception. The hotel is quite small, kind enough to offer free valet service. But it was just to small to handle medium events, it was quickly becoming hectic and slow service

This hotel is new. Actually first impression when you come so good. But car park so small. And room so so. 1st time i check in , I got room with broken AC. And then I must change room. They're room little bit noisy from road.

Nice modern classic boutique 3 star hotel at on BSD area. They have 8 meeting room and ballroom for wedding party. Love the saphire room and Royal suites. Food were cheap and dellicious
