When I stayed there, the floor should be non smoking room, but somehow I still can smell smoke on the floor.
The parking area is rather small. If full, you have to park on road side.response / report this review -

Probably (and at the same time sadly) one of the best/most expensive hotel experiences in Jember. Situated in the middle of Jember Kota it's close to alun-alun, train station, Lippo Mall and other shopping facilities Jember offers. I have mixed feelings about this place.
The Good: Friendly staff, nice but small rooms, decent breakfast buffet with some extras besides the standard Indonesian food offerings. You can buy a beer here.
The Bad: Decent sized restaurant but with very limited menu. No nice desserts. The " Cake of the day" Is more like the "Cake of the week" Since I noticed 3 small cakes left in cooled display upon arrival and the same 3 cakes still there when I left 2 night's later.
A check in one of the two rooms I reserved was not ready and we had to wait 40minutes and ask a few times before we could go in.
All drinks like milkshake and juice were very watery and not really great, certainly for the price.
At lunch sup tomyam was nice but at dinner we ordered the 3 top menu items and were disappointed.
Ribeye steak served with unionrings was ok but cold.
Lobster served with unionrings again ok but cold.
The Sirloin steak was an insult, looked grey and tasted boiled certainly NOT grilled and again COLD.
For the more than 1 million spend for 3 person dinner this is unacceptable and for 1 million 3 people can eat decent almost a whole week if you visit some various places and warungs throughout Jember.
The pool was pretty small for the hotel size and poorly maintained.
The poollights were all broken and floating with cable still attached.
We made it a game to see how many ceramic tiles we could dive up and stopped at 21.
Lastly, the "double sized" Bed was just 2 single sized zipped together in 1 cover with a very noticeable zipper in the middle.
End of the day the only real redeeming factor was the breakfast buffet.
Personally I prefer next time back to Aston Hotel which overall was a better experience and also a little cheaper plus more value for the money.response / report this review -

Very recommended hotel.
The service was excellent. The room was clean and comfy.
When i was checked out and left the hotel, 30 min later i got a call from hotel staff that i left a Rp950k cash at my room. Then the money was transferred to me. Excellent service! You should stay here, easily the best hotel in Jember. Hands down.response / report this review -

Stay for 3 nights, i give for 4 stars because of the warm welcome and helpfulness from Ayu in the restaurant handling me during breakfast, she is friendly and helpful. Also for the trainee at FO (Demi or Gemi, sorry forget his name. The one who is the tallest, i think he's chinese), he welcome everyone who enter the lobby, and help me open my door when i left the keys in room. ALL of FO senior should learn from this trainee guy, who have hospitality (not only busy on their computers). Without 2 these lovely guys, I'd rate this hotel 1 star.

few months ago I have a duty at Jember and we decided to took Java Lotus as our Hotel, off course all the services was verryyyyy good untill i can't describe with the words but i remember people who help me from the first I check in, prepare all the things that I need for my duty till the last they are always help me both of them is Kak Esa and Mas Irwan.. they are kind amd patient help the guess with they warm heart and it means soooo much for me, thankyou very much🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤

Hotel relatif baru yang ada di tengah kota Jember.
Relatif dekat dengan alun2 kota,pasar tanjung,matahari dan pertokoan lainnya.
Di sekitar hotel ada beberapa tempat makan dan juga ada toko oleh2 khas jember.
Pelayanan concierge ramah dan tanggap.
Kamar sesuai request.
Fasilitas bagus.
Desain interior lobby n restaurant bagus.
Wifi bisa ditingkatkan lagi.
Pilihan channel tv bisa ditambah.
Kekedapan kamar harus ditingkatkan lagi.

Best hotel in Jember. I like the infinite pool here. The best view on rooftop that hotels offers you. Compares with Aston Jember, I think Dafam is better. The minus in here is only the breakfast is not to complete.

New and clean hotel, comfort and good service. Place in the center of Jember city make easy to go whereever, shopping msll, offices, city park, police station, church snd school. Easy to find meal and cheap. This hotel very good for family and business. Swimmping pool at the 9Th floor and beautiful view.. kuds very happy enjoying day here.

Brand new hotel in Jember. Good quality of decor and furnishings. Still finding its feet in terms of how to run the hotel efficiently. Staff is friendly though and tries their best. Restaurant seems understaffed though and orders take quite a while to arrive. Best thing is the roof top pool and views as it is the tallest building in Jember.

Tahap pembangunan,ada warung d samping hotel ini yg bisa membuat semua yg berkunjung tdk akan kerepotan bila membutuhkan tmpt bersantai atau angkringan tradisonal tapi cukup untuk melepas lelah dr aktifitas sehari hari.Buka dari sore hari s/d tutup
