  Cheap, on the third floor, a little sport if you have big luggages to drag up. The service was so so. Breakfast two slices of white bread with jam. You can choose coffee or tea to drink with. A good view from the communal area. Rooms was not so clean, and fan was broken. There's a little fan instead. Not sufficient to cool the room in the middle of dry season in Labuan Bajo. A little far from the city center. But there, you can walk, travel with public transport or rent a motorcycle.
