Love the service and hospitality. We got nice afternoon tea with a cake. The pool is indoor so we can swim without feeling sunburn. The gym is quite large too. And what surprised me is the breakfast is pretty great, the variety and the taste. Especially the coto, the meat is so tender.

I thought this was just ordinary hotel with unfashionable look. Apparently I was wrong. This building was a bit sophisticated. Lift was fast and use touch screen, bed room's security was advanced, the view was not bad, and they provide body lotion, body scale, and alarm clock. Really.

The pool was narrow, though, and we weren't impressed by the restaurant and their food. The building design and interior need to be upgraded badly.

A bit dissapointment was when we first checked in, they gave us smoking room even though we booked non-smoking ones. They resolved it, and despite those unconvenience, we had a nice stay.

This place is so elegant and comfortable. The food is delicious. This place recommended for family group. Very good place. And their have a free wifi too. Wifi fast too. I like it. This place near beach losari. Easy access.

The Hotel is so fancy but more likely a royal place to stay (which is obvious). big room..good WiFi..the staffs will serve u with hospitality. free welcome drink & cookie if u wait ur guest on lobby. there's a swimming pool & restaurant (if im not mistaken). vallet parkingand i can say it has strategic place

Hotel's staff here are very friendly, professional, helpful, and eager to satisfy their guests. They offered me to showing room first so I can choose the best. Very satisfied with my cozy, sea view+city view large windows and afternoon tea n cakes for free !

Rooms are spacious, with almost complete amenities, TVs are SD, not HD. The swimming pool is tiny, only good for 2-3 adults in the same time, breakfast is less satisfying, the only good thing they have beef bacon.

Meeting rooms have a dedicated smoking area which is good, but the banquet team are a bit sloppy. Hospitality is okay, they could do way better.

Overall good stay but not extraordinary.

Suitable for honeymoon couples, not too much lighting. Please always remember to refill your pop-up tissue and bath foam. Delicious breakfast. Keep control the housekeeping services.

I would give 5 stars if only the internet connection wasn't extremely slow and got disconnected so often.
Guest room was comfortable and clean, staff are very friendly and helpful, breakfast menu was good with various of western and Indonesian menu, but I was quite unsatisfied with snack for meeting.

Check-in/out process were no problem. The staff in bfast room need more training in hospitality field. The foods quality especially the pastries was really poor. Once I wished to try the bbq dinner buffet at the pool side but it was so not interesting Next time will choose other hotel to stay while in Makassar.

We enjoy staying in this hotel. Nice staffs, and a wonderful breakfast buffet . Had a nice swim alone in that tiny pool. Perfect pool for family with little children.
