Nice but oldies. Love the pool and ambiance. Very quite, match for those who seeking lonely place. The have fishing pond, good choice for optional activity.

The hotel is a bit old but clean and decent. We had a problem with the bathroom, though. Due to the fault in the design, water could flow all the way into the room. Housekeepers were also slow to respond to calls. It took them 40 minutes to attend our call (called them at 10pm, arrived at 10.40pm). All in all, it was just an okay stay.

Should consider about breakfast.
They charge for kids below 10yo for Rp 75000/each.
Other 4stars hotel never charge.
And breakfast, only ordinary food, nothing special.

What a wonderful place! nice ambience, they have a great swimming pool , also they have kids playground so my mom didn't get any problem to supervise her children, so far i think Puteri Gunung Hotel was the best hotel in lembang

Day one, me and my mom wants to take spa. But they said please come tomorrow at 4pm cause there's no terapist for women. And the next day we visit again, they pending our booking and asked us to be wait around 6pm. Unproffesional.

And water heater in the bathroom is not working.

But overall, it's okay.

One of the established hotels in Lembang. It has built on a very spacey area. The hotel ambience is integrated with its natural surroundings which makes the place so peaceful. Highly recommended!

We stayed at this hotel to take a family vacation a few days ago. At first, the odd hotel in this class do not have air conditioning in the room. After the stay, and then we realize that in fact the air that is around the room cool enough, so it does not need air conditioning in the rooms.
The hotel area is quite spacious, and has a beautiful environment, equipped with four swimming pools, a deer farm, children's playground, as well as a place for jogging equipped with pine trees tall, how beatiful view of Mount Tangkuban Perahu from here.
Buildings for uniquely shaped room. In buildings that we use, consists of 4 rooms in each building. two rooms upstairs and two rooms on the ground floor.
While enjoying the food at the restaurant, the food they serve is quite nice and consists of a variety. We see how the hotel management, through its GM is quite familiar with the guests there, they tried to mingle with the guests in the restaurant, as well as communicate though a few minutes.
Likewise with one staff member, Mr. Adang attempting to obtain input and feedback of how to impress guests with a variety of things that are provided by this hotel. Including to our family. He was rapid response, including the time we need a little help when it.
Based on our experience, this hotel can be an option for those of you who want to stay in a four star class hotel with a natural feel around Lembang.
