  Service is not standard. number of doctor and nuraes are not good. they can't provide satisfactory health care. area is clean but waing area is not enough to provide all patient and attendand. waiting time is very long. poor management. efficiency is good but other management is poor. government should come forward to solve this problem and can provide good services. there is many scope to improve. international entrepreneurs can come forward for investment.

  Tempatnya nyaman, Bersih, gedungnya juga modern. Paling berkesan memang Pelayanan ya..pernah suatu ketika obat saya out of stock dan pihak rumah sakit mengantarkan obat tersebut ke rumah begitu obat sudah restock lagi. Kemudian fasilitas In Health juga mudah sekali karena ada ruangan khusus bagi pengguna kartu in health.

  for me that accompanied my family to check up in this hospital I feel like bored about the situation, yeah, we know that they have nice interiors, but the food in cafeterias awful, don't even have healthy food or snack and price were overpriced,

  Slow service in this hospital, had to waited 2 hrs + 1 hr just for medicine, what a slow service, other hospitals are faster, when it is crowded, they only open 2 cashier instead of all of them
