CT scan result takes long time until 2 weeks. We are from city far from Surabaya. Very difficult. Pls improve. And Finally, after 2 weeks, it postpone again to 1 week more. How can we detect the syndrom and take proper action if the result takes 3 weeks ? We pay for health. So I have to go back to my city vice versa always. Please improve. Thank you.

It is a great marine hospital. Responsive doctors. Great service. Very welcome for the BPJS user. Many parking lots. Very crowded.
If u wanna get parking spot that near hospital building, u have to come early in the morning or in the night. It was so difficult to find parking lot in the afternoon, and if u’re not lucky u will get the parking that far away to walking from the hospital building. Very wide. I got lost every time i go there. I always ask nurse or staff for some directions 😂😅

Need long times to waiting for the medicines in the pharmacy I hope they employ more staffs for this part, I usually visit Jala Puspa or THT to check my ears With Dr Sulantari an specialist she is really good Dr and specifically with the patients who usually are kids she behave kindly as a kindergarten teacher :)

nice and friendly staffs and interns, yet quite a clean hospital in this scale. Well maintained rooms and alleyways, and this hospital is very huge.
Anyway, if you get lost, just find the "Keluar" sign and you are OK to go 🤣

Very wide, very long hallways and branches, you will get lost if you are reluctant to ask directions. The area is clean, beautiful and quiet. That's great for the healing process of the patient. At certain times the director of the hospital will visit patients to kindly encourage and motivate healing. It was incredible!
