Bad service! The cashier named Irfa lost my Mom health card and she doesn't even look sorry, she even accused my Mom had taken the card. One day after, they found the card but she refused to send it by gojek even it's her fault, so I have to come there to get it, at least shows some responsibility and sorry!

Very very not recommended to this place, other than a complicated bureaucracy, and full of cash games, registration and cashiers who do not prioritize hospitality, will not recommend to my friend for sure. Hopefully make improvements soon! Get out of here and get other Eye Hospital for you
