The most important from a health facility is the hospitality of the staff, the ability of the doctors which supoorted by a good facility. The hospital has it all. It is an Adventist hospital so it has several rules to obbey. Saturday is a sabbat day, all of the television have to switch off during the day. None of the menus for the patients are made from meat since the Adventist have to be a vegan. The family of the patients gave a parking complimentary for a car.

My girlfriend have a agressive sort of cancer she was refused because she had too little money (18 million) instead of the 30 million you calculate there is no way to down payment? She is member of the adventist church association she cannot be helped?

Came for a medical check-up, and never been to a hospital in Bandung before. The services were simply superb, the nurses were helpful and smiled a lot to me and I felt at home. Overall, it's a very pleasant experience.

Good service, clean & comfy waiting area. Even the old building is maintained well. There is also canteen that served vegetarian dishes at the new building. The homemade whole meal bread are quite popular.

Mengecewakan sekali. Saya sudah booking dokter katanya praktek dr jam 4-7. Datang jam 6, dokternya sudah plg. Disarankan ke dokter lain tanpa diberitahu jadwal praktek dokternya jam Brp. Sungguh mengecewakan.

On Monday 21st Nov 2016 I went to this hospital, only speaking english. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, but I did not had the feeling only to me, they were like that to everyone. I had to do check-in, it goes by number, pay, see nurses, see a general doctor, see a specialist, pay again and go to the pharmacy. In about 1,5 hours later it was all done. So very efficient! Not all staf spoke english, but many did and at the nurses station one who spoke very well english was chosen to do me. The general doctor as well as the specialist spoke very well english. I felt very well looked after and thank the hospital with all my heart. I think in Europe one could learn from this positive attitude.

Quite comfy for the relatives that are waiting. Not only that, this place is really close with the main road, so it isn't hard to find anything.
