Had a plastic surgery (reconstruction) here and stayed 5 days in a cluster room. The service was excellent. Nurses are friendly and really care. The room is tidy and quiet. And the most surprisingly thing is the food for the patient was really delicious and even we can choose the menu 😀. One of my hospital best experience. Two thumbs up 👍👍

Bring mi wife here after been advise by Faskes 1. Quite surprise that the services was good considering mi wife using BPJS. The parking area is sufficient clean and tidy. The staff was kind and friendly. All signage is clear.
That was the story of our 1st come to this hospital.
I would rate our first visit with 5 star.
The 2nd visit a little bit different story. We came in the morning for the sample (blood and urine) taking. As usual we've been welcome with good and directed to the lab. Waiting for a moment we've been updated that it should be done to other bigger hospital and we choosed hospital S with letter from the hospital. And unfortunately at the S hospital the letter been rejected because it was not from the doctor. We came back to the hospital and after several "discussion" the sample been taken.
The frustate thing was why hospital not doing something like more effort to make possible take the sample without necessarily went to other S hospital.
On this 2nd visit we were helping with proper and good by dr. Sandra.
So i would rate the hospital with 2 star and dr. Sandra with 4 star. May GOD bless her.response / report this review -

Boleh difisioterapi dulu, pendaftaran saat akan melakukan pembayaran.
Kalau ambil paket, gratis 1x (paket 6x, bayar 5x).
(-) Sudah bayar paket (6x), saat datang ke-3x biaya ditagihkan kembali karena petugasnya alpa.
Tidak semua Susternya tekun. Dengan Suster pertama 1 gerakan dilakukan 8 hitungan dan diulang 5x. Oleh Suster lain hanya 5 hitungan dan diulang 2x saja.response / report this review -

Modern Hospital. It is clean and the service from Helpdesk and Registration is exelent. Only the registration time is not good. Only from 7 until 9 PM. If the Doc 3PM there, is no registration in afternoon.

2 kali buat janji dan 2 kali dibatalkan dengan pemberitahuan hanya 1 jam sebelum jam yang ditentukan, bangunannya bagus sayang servis dokternya tidak profesional.
