we went to Melaka-KL last month, hope little advice will help you:

Please consider for patient, this is gonna be a long trip from Bdg, 2-3 hours flight, 30-60 minute walking inside the airport, 2-3 hours in a bus from KLIA2 to Melaka.

Bring cash in Ringgit Malaysia, as the hospital only accept in RM (or USD if necessary)

But the Hospital (and other shopping store) accept Visa card very well without additional fee, Bank Mandiri with Visa accepted there without limit. (only limited to your balance)
