i like this hospital, not too fancy, but reliable. one of the first hospital at cibubur. there are 2 building, one on main street, next one located below and looks like added later. consequences is, from the car parking to lobby, you need to go thru 2 buildings, first you take elevator to 2nd floor, then proceed with foot go down stair to 1st floor which is located on main building at main street. kind of headache if you don't know where to go. although the building looks old, their price tag for doc are same with modern hospital with new building. mostly doctors here are from University of Indonesia graduated, with many skills expertise and degrees during their lifetime. so i would say the doctors here are all above average (more than good). i can see this hospital only hire the best doctors in town, especially doctor Idrus. this doctor got lots of degree behind his name. he's professor too, and still look young although his age around 50 or something. any serious cases, expect to meet him in your room. this hospital prescribe good medicines too (indonesian say 'paten' ???), they use only the best medicine, so the med prices tend to expensive, but worth it, you'll feel the effect soon. make sense, since most visitors here are from middle to high class people. i trust my life and my family's life on this hospital.

The best RS in Cibubur. Good service, nice & competent employees. I agree with Rafa, they need to provide a proper mushola. ATM Center is too far from the lobby.

Mau daftar saja susah, apalagi mau berobat ya. RS Permata Cibubur ini sejak berdiri hingga sekarang paling susah ditelpon, telpon masuk saja susah, telpon sudah berhasil masuk masih dioper lama. Perlu perhatian dari management RS.

Parkir ga banyak tapi untung selalu dapet, akses keluar masuk buat ambil tiketnya ngejelimet.

Bangunan bersih namun di dalamnya kayak labirin, kalo ga sering kesana pasti bingung kalo masuk dari belakang ke depan atau sebaliknya.

Pelayanan bagus.

Rs yg recomended bgt buat ibu hamil dokter,suster dan para staf rsnya baik dn ramah2 jg kooperatif dgn pasienny, rsnya bersih,rapi dgn desain interior yg bagus.ruang tunggu pun nyaman dgn byknya tempat duduk sofa utk pr ibu hamil makanan dikafetariany jg enak2,pengalaman sy selama jd pasien disini sgt puas dn senang dgn pelayanan yg diberikan rs permata cibubur,keep on good working rs permata cibubur. ;)

Kalau mau telp susahnya minta ampun. Tidak jelas disebutkan extension msg2 poli. Dan websitenya kok ngk pernah berhasil buka jadwal dokternya ya? Selain drpd itu yang lainnya oke semua. Termasuk dokter2nya pengalaman semua dan staf nya ramah2. Tolong perbaiki call centernya saja kalau begitu.

The hospital health facility is up to date (new) and complete. It has also a nice cafetaria that has a delicious yet healthy menu for the patient. It has a good doctors & weekly (seminar/talkshow) programme. The minus is sumtimes being too over crowd.

The hospital should start managing this over demand, so will still deliver a good hospitality sincerely & comprehensively toward patient. Since it is a patient's need to feel at home. Need a little improvement on employee's hospitality management.

The price, is quite superior compare to other mid level hospital. So be ready to bring extra money.
