Doctors here are too commercialized, they care your money first rather than your health. Especially if you are a patient with insurance. Once consulted with dr. DHS Sp.B (surgeon), he suggested me to have spinal anesthesia just to remove pus from my small (less than 5mm) punctured wound. Which is crazy and unnecessary. He kept mentioned about my insurance covering this and therefore this is the best way to do it.. in fact, he should first think about my health and risk in the first place for his medical action plan instead of my insurance ( = revenue for the hospital)!!

It's clean because it's new. The foods in the cafetaria are expensive and so is the drugs. The payment administration is unusual, you have to pay first before you see the doctor.

The best hospital in Cibubr Area. Big parking space. Complete service from general practitioner, specialist, in patient room, etc.

Its only about clean facility and good management & system. But very seldom to get friendly nurse or officer (except the security) especially when you being hospitalize. Even though you are in 1st class. No warm or sincere handling. Yeah you still can find one or two of them, but still hard to get. Calling by buzzer fr your room also takes 3mins to respond. Look its very short time but lifes doesnt count mins its second!Luckly my daugther didnt in critical situation when we called. Its only for refill the infus liq Maybe the management shall revisit to training all their team to serve with sincere service and smile . Sorry but Im really get totally different care from other hospital around cibubur thats why I can compare.
