I'm bpjs user. And this hospital give a very minimalistic service to bpjs user. I'm checking my ear, because my ear is hurt and they only give me ibuprofen (a very cheap pain killer) for my ear. This hospital is not recommended

bingung ini tuh RuMahSaKit atau PaSaR.. mama saya lagi dirawat di ruang eLizabeth dia gabisa tidur karna berisik.. pasien butuh istirahat eeeh perawatnya malah ngerumpi ketawaketiwi dengan nada tinggi tengah malem gini kaya Kunti,mereka tuh digaji pake uang pasien tapi pelayanan ke pasien kaya kita yang dibayarin mereka

The service, especially for dental is really bad, there was a small inflammation on the roof of my mouth but the mouth surgeon recommend my parents to do a surgery with general anaesthesia, i think the doctor cares for money more than patient's health.

USG terletak di Gedung Diagnostik (gedung baru, masuk dari jl Peta).
Step by Step USG:
(1) Ambil nomor antrian di mesin. Ada 3 pilihan mesin: pembayaran via asuransi, pembayaran tunai, dan pemeriksaan atas rujukan dokter dari luar. Untuk yang 2 pertama, siapkan nomor pasien Anda terlebih dahulu.
(2) Menunggu panggilan di ruang tunggu.
(3) Setelah dipanggil, kita diberikan tiket pengantar untuk USG.
(4) Dengan lift, menuju pendaftaran USG di lantai 3.
(5) Setelah menyerahkan tiket, pasien menunggu panggilan. Khusus untuk USG abdomen diharuskan minum banyak-banyak terlebih dahulu.
(6) Setelah diperiksa, pasien kembali menunggu hasilnya di luar.
(7) Setelah hasil keluar, pasien diberi pengantar untuk membayar di kassa.
(8) Setelah melakukan pembayaran, hasil USG diserahkan kepada pasien untuk dibawa pulang.response / report this review -

Pelayanannya bagus, dokter sama perawatnya cepat datang kalau dipanggil, lingkunganny segar, ada tamannya juga, ada tempat bermain anak juga.
