  I'm really dissapointed that the securities wasn't impolite. They accused me that i'm not the one who guard the patient. My grandma was hospitalized. I just go out from the hospital to bought some snacks, when go back to the hospital, the securities asked me many questions that aimed me to not entered to my grandma's room. I just answered that i was the guard for my grandma, but they didn't trust me.
  I'm completely dissapointed !

  Pegawainya kurang ramah alias jelek. Apalagi dibagian kasir belakang. Susternya kayak ngajak berantem, harap emosi bisa dikendalikan kalo dapat pelayanan yang kurang enak.
  Ketemu pegawai yang lain, kayak dipasar. Dan banyak gossip.
  Untuk Dokternya, kita pernah dengan Dr adelene. Hati hati dokternya galak.

  Ruang pelayanan kls 2 Multajam penunggu pasien tdk disediakan kursi jd hrs duduk dilantai. Toilet nya tdk bisa di splash, dan jg pelayanan obat sangat lamban.

  Staff and nurse really slow..disappointed doctor..he just left his responsibility because he can't take any action for my mom illness, he should give us suggestion with my mom cancer illness..what a shame
  
  Dokter ko ilang2an sama penyakit yang diderita pasien, udh di suruh rujukan tp ga tanggung jawab lagi..minimal tanggung jawab sampe rujukan selesai..pdhl dia sndri udh ga bisa diagnosa penyakitnya secara jelas
  Susternya dan staffnya lambat dalam ambil tindakan

  Quite mixed up feelings about this place. Waiting in ER for so long because of the administration and overly hysterical patient. The nurse were friendly. Got my room cleaned twice a day. Same flavourless food like every other hospital. Hope i don't get there again. But who knows.

  The staff is not that helpful. Good building and toilet but the masjid is actually quite far and I think it's only one. Quite clean. Crowded, you can't always get hospitalized right away. Hard to find parking place.
