Lovely place to spend your time in Bali. Good food, amazing pool and 5 min to the beach. Bali is such a safe and beautiful place.

Good location: near the beach and easy to go shopping.
Yummy breakfast: not only western but also Balinese style.
Clean Room: The room is clean and cool even without air conditioning. I love the balcony out side the room.

A friendly welcome from the minute we were picked up from the airport! Room was large and clean with a wonderful balcony.
Breakfasts were good with ample choice.
Staff were attentive to our needs and very friendly.
Beach club was good and less than 15 minute walk from the hotel. The hotel was ideally located close to main facilities and the beach.
No hesitation in strongly recommending ideal for a couple or a family.

This place was amazing to stay! The staff were so helpful and friendly, my sister had her birthday while we were there. We didn’t tell them it was her birthday, they read it on her passport at check in and sent flowers to our room the morning of, and gave her a cake for dinner without asking us for anything. Really nice and amazing place.

We were impressed with the reception staff who listened to our request to move to a middle floor room. We were delighted with the size of the room and big bathroom. We thought the pool towels were old and dirty and were very disappointed to see people reserving the best pool beds before breakfast.

the pool and area was very nice and the gardens were very pretty. Very convenient location too.

We would come again and recommend to others. Breakfast was good too and all the staff in the hotel were very pleasant. A credit to the hotel.

Pros - Staff are lovely and family room was very big and comfortable. Hotel is intimate so very quiet. Close enough to the beach. Everything kept very clean and tidy. Relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast was basic but nice.

Cons - Balcony on first level of family rooms is not child friendly though and doors should have a proper lock. Pool towels were not available until 10am most mornings, even though pool opens at 8am. Pool has one small shallow area, making it not very (young) child friendly. It's a small and quiet area, which makes it not suitable for kids playing too loudly either!

I have been to Sanur before but the first time staying here. I couldn't fault it. Location is central to everything; just 500mtrs to Hardy's supermarket and a very short walk to the beach. The pool temperature was perfect so spent a lot of time relaxing in it. Breakfast was great with a lot of variety and the inhouse restaurant and snack prices were very cheap. It is a small resort, very quant and quiet with all rooms overlooking the beautifully maintained garden. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room rate was great value for money. I will definitely be staying here again when I come back to Sanur. Only thing I can fault was the bed was way too hard.

Good looking enviroment, clean and modern rooms and helpful, kind staff. About water, you get to choose from nice and calm pool with bar, or very close beach, where you get free umbrella with chairs. Breakfast is very good, you can chose from a wide variety of meals, sweet or salty. If you are looking for dinner, there are many restaurants around the resort, you don't have to walk far.

Hotel garden is beautiful, nice flowers.
Rooms are a little outdated, we had a broken toilet and a leaking ceiling when the neighbour was taking a shower. Although we got a different room, I still expect the hotel that this was found out before we got there. There were signs of a leak and you could smell the mold.
Lobby and restaurant could use a cleanup and some fresh paint.
There is a shuttle to the centre and to the Parigata beach with sunbeds, towels are provided.

We spent 4 days, at the Parigata. We had a ground floor room which was great access to the pool, breakfast was great, lovely helpful staff. Was impressed with the pool and room service prices. Had a lovely time.

This was our second stay at this hotel. It is a very good value for money hotel in a good location near lots of restaurants and Hardies store. Not exactly on the beach but close enough if you want use it. Rooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable. Some areas of the rooms are a little tired and in need of renovation. The pool is in desperate need of a clean to remove the algae from the tile grout and stone edging, but overall it was OK. The pool lounges, like the room need some attention. All of the staff are exceptional and could not help us enough.

We are happy to come for the 3 time to the Parigata ressort and spa. The reservation was good and our email contact get a quick answer and we received the room we ask. The staff in the reception was performent. The room 310 was comfortable and the housekeeping work well.

In compare as last time the breakfast was good and we get now frech juices.

For me the only problem is the quality of the service in the breakfast. In a 4* hotel, it is not acceptable such a service. The personal are nice, but the service is bad. Too much persons do everything or nothing.During the day they do quite nothing, don't come at the swimmingpool to see if we need something. So with a such service, we do not want to come to take our dinner at the flamboyant restaurant?

Lovely private hotel, great pool with waterfall, gardens and daybeds. Staff friendly with good quality and variety for breakfast via vouchers (get vouchers when booking). Rooms a/c & our balcony, ground floor level overlooked the pool. Lots of families and world wide travellers. Stayed a week, ate in once for dinner, better value and quality in the main street.
