The staff are really great here, nice clean rooms. Good breakfast buffet selection. Centrally located near shops and the main strip. Very clean hotel, nice pool area. Restaurant could have more options. Great rooftop bar. Only thing missing is the beach but there is a nice view of rice fields next to it. In house spa quite good.

Absolutely one of the best four points I have ever been to. They have free transportation to the beach, nice pool, rooftop bar and great suits. Breakfast is the best I have ever experienced in the hotel, they actually make you meals based on their menu. Very good service, great spg program recognition

This hotel was very cozy and comfortable. We were a group of three and had requested a rollaway bed. They came and made up all of the beds for us just before we went to sleep. We didn't spend too much time on the roof but noticed it would be an amazing place to watch the sunset. We were only on the roof in the morning.

The rooms are roomy and clean. There is a window in the bathroom but you can pull down the shade. There's a nice pool as well with towel service. Friendly staff overall.

Of note, there are about 20 steps to get to the entrance of the hotel. There is a ramp but it is quite steep and looks like it would be more suitable for luggage; strollers and wheelchairs may go up but may be difficult.

Starting to show its age but still more than capable of providing guests with an enjoyable experience. The service is top notch as expected in Bali while the shuttle and buggy services helps to offset it's slightly obscure location. Rooftop bar/restaurant is a pleasant place to unwind though the live music can be a tad loud. However if you have a pool facing room this becomes a positive instead as you can enjoy the music from the comfort of your own balcony.

I love the shower and bathtub. The toilet is clean, and they have big cupboard. The Internet connection is good, the balcony is warm. They have fancy swimming pool with a good view of building.

Location is a bit secluded and a little too far from the seminyak shopping area. Staffs are friendly and helpful. room is tidy, clean and comfortable. The aged of the building is showing but still good and clean overall. 4x shuttle rides to seminyak Square/day and unlimited buggy ride to main road.

This hotel has a group of well-trained staffs, excellent service. Nice hotel, but location is quite inconvenient if you're not a walker. Overall all good!

I recommend this hotel for anyone travelling to Bali who wants the best service at a reasonable price
Although some parts of the hotel are a bit tired it is made up by the incredible staff and service . The food is excellent and reasonably priced . Extremely comfortable beds and pillows. Very clean and staff go out of there way to help. My daughter fell ill on the last day and a driver took her to the clinic nearby immediately. It is a little away from the main area of Seminyak but the hotel provides a buggy for free to the Main Street or a 5 dollars taxi to go a bit further to main shopping area. I could not fault this hotel in anyway except that it is a bit tired looking in places. In every other way it was as good as any hotel I have stayed in. Exceptional service, good food, reasonably priced and comfortable

We stayed in a pool access room and were completely satisfied with our stay. Such good value for money. The breakfast included was lovely, staff fantastic.
I love staying the north side of Seminyak. It’s the place to be now.

The road leading into the hotel is in disrepair and often blocked. Definitely a good idea to walk out. Rooms are ok. If you get the right staff (friendly, helpful) , it's a 4, otherwise, a 3. Oh and if you can't find the bottle opener at the mini bar, it's because they installed it in the bathroom. Otherwise, great value for the price.

Place was decently located: quiet, but with adequate options for meals, drinks and convenience shop within about a 500m radius. The beach is about a 5 to 10 minute walk (depends on your pace via a roads and alleyways (sorry, no direct vehicular access, unless you go by another route).

The staff were delightful and helpful, and the restaurants food items were decent (rooftop one, probably not as good). Look to pay about 21% GST and Service Charge on your items. Airport transfers available for about Sg$20 one way, with a free shuttle drop off at nearby attractions (no pick-up), gotta walk or cab back).

Like most places on the island, water is unlikely to be potable straight from the tap. Boiled water had a weird white residue and taste (boiled, washed and rinsed thoroughly to defeat those underwear germs) possibly due to water filtration. Buy the 5L bottles for refill if you want. It's more environmentally-friendly and cost effective than multiple small bottles.

The service is fantastic but it's let down because of the location and the lack of regular shuttles to key areas. It would be easily fixed by having hourly or once every two hours drop off and pick up shuttles. Also the rooms are VERY dark with no natural light. Keep in mind that all 'Deluxe' rooms face a wall. The staff are all very lovely and accommodating though.

Elegant, cozy hotel within walking distance of the Seminyak beach. Excellent amenties within the room. Good breakfast spread however their roof top bar / cafe scores the high points.

Highly recommended if you are looking at a star rated, international chain property with a boutique kind of a concept.

Pool was nice, room was clean, they upgraded us for free to a suite which had lots of space. Only issue is its really in the middle of nowhere for tourists. They offer a free buggy service to the main road and a shuttle service around Seminyak. There are two four points in Kuta, Bali. When we looked on google maps we assumed we were staying in thr other one as its very easy to get confused! Still, the hotel is nice and the staff are friendly.

Relaxed atmosphere and large rooms. The hotel is located near a main road and as other hotels they offer a free shuttle to the main spots in the area.

Great pool and nice rooftop bar

Nice place with a roof top bar called above, food was excellent as well as their cocktail. Join for happy hour cocktail 6 - 8. The view was just as great as you can see the sunset from different angle. A must try venue.

I stayed here in march with my family. We had 3 pool access rooms. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff led by darma. Each and every person in this hotel were very very friendly.you are treated excellent. Darma is 1 of a kind. He goes out of his way to make you very comfortable. Pool bar staff were great. Need to address the road leading to hotel. Apart from that. All was excellent. Will definately stay there again. Dean kimpton.

Breakfast sucks! Salad dressing was super salty (Balsamic dressing). The cold cut looked like they have been there since ages, super dry. Bacon and sausage were drenched in water. Room was spacious but too dark. Desperately need to add some more lightings. Staffs were friendly and helpful.

Great SPG hotel. The whole place looks newly renovated including the rooms. Pool area is a bit small with limited beanbags thrown all over the grass patch. Go early to reserve a space if you intend to lounge by the pool. Spend evenings at the roof top bistro. Great place for drinks/dinner and watch the sunset. Food is very good too. Love the buntok (oxtail). Have it fried, grilled or simmered in a light broth. Location is off the main street, so may need to exercise those leg muscles a bit. The hotel hotel do offer a buggy service to the main road.

Very nice hotel, comfy bed, great little pool, kind and attentive staff. Far removed from the buzz of Seminyak, so be prepared to do a lot of walking. Ended up taking a taxi more than I would have liked, but probably still worth it for the incredible price of this place.

This is a nice hotel with very friendly and accommodating team members. The rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. The breakfast is quite good and set in a very pleasant area overlooking the pool. The only consideration might be its somewhat isolated position down a narrow road about 500m from the main road. The hotel does supply a golf cart shuttle service upon request. It also provides a shuttle service one way via a small bus to Seminyak Square and other places on the way. A local taxi can be used for around $5 Aust to the major shopping precincts in the vicinity. A taxi from the airport to the hotel costs 200,000R approx $20 Aust. The beach is a short walk from the hotel.

Bed was very comfortable. Good blackout blinds. Staff friendly yet slow in responding to requests. A bit out of the way but we had scooters so no hassle. Gym is minimal with a broken air-conditioning unit when I was there so made it pretty much unusable.

Breakfast buffet has a lot to be desired and is the bare minimum. "Hot" food is lukewarm at best.

I used to love this hotel but this time they were difficult to negotiate with and seemed more interested in pleasing themselves then me. Food and rooms are still good but sun lounges just as hard to get as ever. So many new and boutique places opening up all the time so I will be trying something new next holiday.

We stayed here for 3 weeks in march, very nice people. Clean and reasonable hotel. free shuttle bus to different places. be a little carefull with your stuff, my had was stolen from the lobby and the hotel did not do anything about it, even though they have a security system. The restaurant has good food but very overpriced and they charged 21% tax and service, if you walk like 5 min you can eat better for half the price or more!! Mini bar with 2 drinks and some chips was €12 so leave it be. Beds at the pool are always taken by towels! So if you want a bed please stand up early! Overall we had a nice stay with some ups and downs.
