We dined as walk in guests from the beach front. The food was OK but nothing special but the service was fairly poor. There were very few customers but the staff made no effort to accommodate our family of 4.

Loved everything about my stay here. The grounds are beautifully kept, garden room was huge, clean and relaxing. Loved how close it is to the beach. Staff are friendly and polite. Food delicious. Felt like a 5 star resort. Highly recommended.

Nice place, just expensive.. Would give 5 stars if included the tax and service charge in price on menu.. Prices are high allready.. Eat next door at puri food always good and cheaper

One of the older resorts in Bali this resort has been around for almost 45 years. Some of the rooms are a bit old but the bathrooms were recently renovated and very clean. The great pools - one practically on the beach with a bar. Really lovely garden and friendly staff. Well located in Samuel.

Magnificent! In the high season book fast in the low season book last day and save 50%. Its idyllically set on a gorgeous beach front and the breakfast is magnificent.

This is an older hotel in Bali, on the tourist strip. There's a nice boardwalk in front that traverses a number of other hotels in various states of repair, some private residences, some funky cool restaurants, divey tourist bars full of drunk Aussies, etc. I get the impression that this is an older tourist area that might be coming full circle. The Griya Santriana seems like the nicest hotel in the neighborhood. Well maintained, beautiful grounds, friendly staff, nice pools, good restaurants. There are also a number of restaurants nearby, including an outstanding Italian place. I would totally come back here.

Very relaxing place, however the rooms are rather small and mostly fit for 2 persons, and the soundproofing isn't too good either. Apart from that a great place to stay on Bali very close to the beach with towel services

Worst maintenance and staff is not kind and they can't speak English
It's my first worst experience in Bali
I would not like to recommend this hotel
I paid 4M IDR for 2 nights, I think any hotels or resorts would be better choice than this hotel

We had high expectations due to the high recommendations. We were definitely disappointed though. Our room smelt old and was dirty. Staff wasn't always polite and we did not feel welcome. Breakfast was really good though. The hotel itself is also quiet nice.

Didn't stay here, but walked through with my girlfriend as a possible reception venue. The grounds were very nice, but old and worn, which kind of gave it a nice charm, we thought. Same with the rooms. It's right oin the beach with several pool areas so you can have a wuite nap or jump around with your kids. If I didn't already live in Sanur, I would give this hotel a try.d sanur

Really great hotel, lovely swimming pools, comfy rooms. You don't need to leave the resort of so inclined, but much more family orientated than we wanted, but shouldn't put you off, it has everything you need. 4 star rating as staff aren't as friendly as some other places we've been to.

Das Team vom Resort ist sehr zuvorkommend, höflich und freundlich. Wir fühlen uns sehr willkommen und zu jeder Zeit sehr gut bedient und beraten. Unser Zimmer ist geräumig und es ist ausreichend platzt. Roomservice ist einwandfrei und sehr sauber. Die Poolanlagen, der Strandabschnitt sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es gibt ein gutes Frühstücksbüffet. Man kann kostenlos Fahrräder leihen und so die Umgebung erkunden. Man kann zu einem fairen Preis wunderbar erholsame Massagen bekommen. Wir sind sehr glücklich, das wir uns für dieses Resort entschieden haben. Um Land und Leute kennen zu lernen gibt es Buslinien, oder man kann sich mit einem privaten Fahrer einigen.

Nice hotel, located right on the beach. Very friendly staff and a well-maintained complex. The breakfast buffet offers a wide choice and was excellent. We had a little older-style room, but that was clean.
