untuk kamar, fasilitas sudah lengkap. namun 1 keburukan. yaitu pelayanan yg kurang ramah , kurang senyum. pada saat kita datang sebaiknya disambut dengan greeting, itu yang paling penting dan menjadi penilaian pertama di dalam hotel. saya bekerja di hotel juga sebagai receptionist dan menurut saya Keramahan, kenyamanan, Greeting itu lebih penting. dan lebih dihargai juga oleh tamu .

Swimming pool is good for children not big but good, there's a playground for children too. In room, no carpet but still good. The gym facility is good too.

Its a fine hotel with good enough facilities and good view. Location is quite good and even though the rooms have no air conditioning, the cool air from outside makes the room feel comfortable. Breakfast is okay, not much offered but not too little. The taste is good.

Rooms are very big. But they are not exactly clean. Hotel seems really old because everything seems to be crumbling apart. Found ants in the coffee cup. Coffee cups also had stains on them, so disgusting. This hotel offers one worst buffet breakfast I've ever had. Plates were not clean. Coffee cups in the restaurant had stains too! Drink glass were stained and had a very bad smell. There was no variety in the breakfast. Only compliments I can give is that the staff were friendly and room was well equipped.

Staying here for 2 days. One of the worst I have stayed in terms of the room. Rooms are run down ,No air-conditioning, chairs got stains, too hard to lock, broken pieces and list goes onOnly good thing is the restaurant has good ambience and food is nice. Would never stay ..

It's a great place to stay one night. With every facilitate like billiard table, soccer field, swimming pool, a comfort room and a big clean bathroom.

The toilet is't clean.. and also bed. My room was deluxe but not clean,,no available hot water in tube.. the breakfast is good but they need to improve its. In general the hotel need to improve and maintenance.

Quite large room, especially suite room. View to the pool is nice. Its affordable price and has great location. The breakfast was nice and delicious. But at night inside the room I still hear the noise outside.

Great Heritage building, unique architecture, but still needs great improvement on room management and also the lobby is on the second floor so the guests need to go up first.
Confusing placement especially for newcomers searching the dining room, guest room and lobby room.
The food is quite ordinary not great but still manageable.

The room is kinda dirty. But the building design minimalis modern better than other hotel surrounding puncak area that usually very old. They also have large swimming pool. Breakfast avarage. The location is prime. You can easily find local resto, street food and mini market within walking distance.

Lumpy bed. If you want hot water you have to wait 10 min. A weird rooms design. A weird hotel building design. You're in 1st floor and you want to go to receiptionist at the 2nd floor, the building design will make you go to the 3rd floor first then go down 1 floor again. What a waste
