Not bad. But, will be better if they take the cleanliness seriously. One of the AC is not working properly when I was ther, hopes it have been fixed for now.

Really really bad serviced apartment!
Filthy dirty!
We booked the three bedroom for a week but looking at the condition checked out in one night!
Dirty unclean furniture and floor
Filthy towels which had stains and smell
Dirty stained bed Sheets and pillow cover
Dusty and stained sofa
They didn’t clean the previous tenants garbage
Noisy location next to the road.
Construction next to the hotel
Not handicap or baby friendly at all.
They don’t even have ramps to wheel in the luggage or wheelchair. You have to handcarry at all steps.
We called the house keeping staff at 7pm they didn’t show up until 8. I had to go down myself and wait for them to show up! I insisted they change all bedsheets and towels but they said they are out of clean towels. And also expected a tip 😂 at the end.
The management is a bit lost and don’t know how to run a serviced apartment.
You are better off staying at KRISTAL hotel close by.response / report this review -

It is great place to stay. It is quite old building, but good maintenance. Close with Cilandak Town Squere, convenient, clean and have good service.
