First of, the parking lot in the basement. The space for each vehicle is rather narrow, it felt like they made each segment for 3 cars when it should only be for 2. So for those who bring a car with wider body, be prepared to park with small margin for errors on crowded days.

To the gigantic lobby, the staff are friendly and professional. The restaurant is also huge with good meals, a completely different world here compared to the basement below.

The rooms are spacious too, they could've use more lighting to brighten up the space. The toilets in the bathrooms positioned awkwardly, we found one too close to the wall (bigger guys would have difficulties sitting on properly) and another diagonally positioned at a corner. The bedding in my room felt itchy, or maybe it's just me. But that's about it, everything else is perfect.

Comfy hotel in Makassar with rewarding experience. The room is spacious and the amenities are beyond your expectation. It is only 15min from the beach, too! What more could you ask? The rate is acceptable too. Would definitely come back someday!

I don't know about the others, but probably it's the best hotel in town. They have great offers for special days, great food, lots of event, and great swimming pool. Their specialty is business meeting and wedding.

Location wise is good for me, away from hustle & bustle of losari but not too far. Staff is really friendly, the receptionists & concierge in particular were stellar. Breakfast was good, lots of selection and quite tasty. The only downside is the build quality of the hotel. I can see a lot of "cost savings" from clunky elevator, floor not level, out of alignment shower doors, broken and crack marble to name a few. Some could potentially evolve into safety issue. Not usually the things you see in fairly new hotel, its just a shoddy construction sadly.

So I was there for an international conference. My friends who were there for the same conference was NOT asked to pay up front and I was asked to pay up front. Why the different treatment?

We had dinner right after checking in, about 9 of us to discuss the next day's event. My salmon came COLD and the potatoes luke warm. the soup for one of the guests came after everyone almost finished eating. And there were no silverware served, we had to find our own. The menu had many items that were not available.

It's not worthy of the name Sheraton absolutely horrid experience.

Finally could spend night here, room are large size and have a big window with town view. Large parking area, friendly staff.

Update : second time spend night here, enjoy the Swim Pool with snack court. Ok. The room are still okay. The bed with the king size

Located on strategic location and near to Jl. Pettarani. Only about 10 minutes to Panakkukang area. Provided some facilities e.g swimming pool on roof top, fitness center for 24 hours, and various of meal for breakfast (traditional food, salad, soup, noodles corner, congee, bread and sweets). Ballroom for any events as well.

I stay at Four Points for two nights. I had a very large bed, a shower, an iron and its ironing table, a refrigerator, a kettel, a deposit box, a wide LCD TV and dimmed room. The staff also provided guest with water bottles, coffee, tea, sugar, creamer, tissue, toothbrush and toothpaste, hair brush, and in wall soap, shampoo, also conditioner.

This place was an extremely hideous experience for me. The policy didn't allow to heat my baby food, though microwave was one of the service that you mentioned on guest service center. Any hotel in makassar that I had stayed before (e.g : clarion, novotel, swiss bell) would allow me to heat my baby food. I will never stay in this hotel anymore.

Nice hotel with a nice rooftop pool. Good facilities. But, too bad i had a room with small bathroom. Very recommended if you are on a business trip. Located in a strategic place.

Good business hotel. Doesn't do anything wrong, but not in a very good area. Little in the way of restaurants in the immediate vicinity. A very good Chinese restaurant on the 2nd floor. Much better than The Eatery on level 1.

It is a new hotel in town, all facilities are International standard, it has 2 ball rooms meeting, mini ball room meetings, and small meeting rooms. The room is pretty luxury.
