Truly brokenhearted and sad. I have made my booking 3 days in advance, paid through airbnb and contact the host. Got replay. Then asking for direction. Everthing seems ok.
The day I went there to check in. I was from sanur, drove all the way to ubud with all the exacitement. I arrived around 7.00pm.
When I get there. The host told me that there is water problem that I couldnt check in to the villa that I'v already booked. He offered me to stay in another villa. That although it was bigger but I have to share the villa with another couple.
If it was a bussines trip. I would have taken the offer. But I was in a holiday with my husband that I truly looking for place that could offer privacy.
I wish they could told me sooner. Not the minute when I arrived, which was already late at night. Because it was super difficult to find another suitable place. It was a national holiday.response / report this review -

Downtown Ubud is so hectic it can kill a holiday vibe but Lodtunduh Sari delivers the tranquility that Ubud promises. Acres of rice paddies form the border and view from the swimming pool. Each room sits within its own mini compound, each with a pond, outdoor seating and outdoor bathroom. The Agung room has its own massage pavilion for two. This is also the ideal place to stay with a group of friends as it offers privacy and company at the central pool and restaurant/lounge area. I've stayed here three times now. Love it.
