Its a good place to stay.located in proximity to few big malls.Taman Angerik..ambience is good.Rooms size is quite reasonable.hygenic.Reception staff is very courteous..few amenties like club house facility is available..my stay was very comfortable..do visit this hotel when u plan to visit Jakarta

The hotel is quite good and staff as well. located behind the mall Taman Anggrek. There are few malls at walkable locatiom for hotel. This hotel location is in city so many toursit places are very near and save your travel time in Jakarta's heavy traffic.

Unsatisfactory. This is the third time I stayed here. The first 2 were okay. This last one was absolutely the worst.

Pros:
- cheap
- strategic location
- the bed's quite comfy

Cons:
- Wifi barely works.
- Very very few channels on TV and the remote is not responsive. This pissed me off.
- Dont use the toothbrush here. It's the worst hotel toothbrush I've ever had. The brush texture is so hard it'll bleed your gum. The brush falls apart too.
- My breakfast experience is terrible. Let me give you the list:
• It seems that there were fewer choices compared to the last time I stayed here.
• Ordered an omelet, took almost 15 mins till its ready. I saw staff and the chef kept joking and laughing around rather than cooking the food. So disappointing. My previous visit wasnt like this.
• Same thing with the coffee. I had to ask twice.
• Just 7 pcs of melon and thats the only fruits available. Sorry but this is a joke.

What a shameI chose this place because I had a good time but unfortunately starting today I might pick someplace else in the future. Hopefully the manager notices this.

Plus: spacious room. We booked two rooms. We could have just booked one room + extra bed. Very close to Mall Taman Anggrek Food is no problem.

Negative: there's a construction next building, so the street is too dusty. (we walk back and forth to Mall Taman Anggrek.) It's not their fault.
Bottled water in room is too small. (But we can buy from mall.)
