It's a pretty good hotel if you are visiting Banyuwangi, yet there's a lot of foreigners so you might want to look for other places for a more local experience

Its a very nice hotel in Banyuwangi, close to Port of Ketapang. We can see Gilimanuk Port, Bali, across this hotel. It has vast location and many variant rooms. The view is sp beautiful, the service is so good. It's great experience to stay here

Quite good and clean. The hotel is large and has bungalows, and second or third floor rooms. Take the upper rooms if you care a lot for cleanliness as they will be cleaner. But there's no lift or elevators for the second floor. You have to climb the stairs with your belongings. I placed my washed underwear outside to dry when not long after I saw several snails were climbing towards it. Quickly removed the underwear to dry inside the room.
We came when the hotel was fully booked. So there's no assistant to help us with our bags. Had to carry them ourselves.
The breakfast food is exceptionally delicious. The soup with sausage is good and so is the fried bananas.

Despite 'small' city, but this hotel is very great.. Good service, good room, great view, good food.. Enjoy 1 day with this hotel.. Peaceful place.. Such a great hotel for the good price..

The Ketapang Indah Hotel is gorgeous hotel. It's so close to the ferry terminal to Bali. I stayed here only 1 night and would go back in a second. The hotel's room are big and clean, so is the bathroom. We can see a beautiful garden from the room. But the most interesting is this hotel integrated access to the beach. Some rooms have a directly view to the beach. Facilities are good. Especially the restaurant and the pool.

A really nice place to stay! Best for travellers, divers, and tourists who love sea view. Comfortable rooms, pretty small but nice pool, lots of green area.

Other than that, I stayed here for a diving trip. Therefore, a really great place for divers (recommended!), with private jetty, private & clean boat, awesome gear cleaning service.

Very close to the harbour, this hotel has beautiful gardens and is very peaceful. Great restaurant and choice of rooms. Recommended!

Love this hotel very much. Nice view, tasty food and the place is cozy. It is very recommended for groups and family. The room type varies and the facilities will not fail you. It is famous not only amongst local travelers but also foreigners. The price is reasonable and worth it!

Very nice resort, rooms are clean with modern amenities. The swimming pool is great and the environment is very relaxing! Great location to Ijen excursion and tactical if you want to get on a ferry to Bali!

Friendly staff, breakfast is standart. room with bathroom is clean and comfort. Theme hotel is natural with lot of green view. Close to beach, howevere there is a building under construction.

Wonderful ambience, a nice beach backyard, friendly and helpful staff, breakfast was good but the staff didnt respond so fast when the food was out of stock. If they did, i will give ketapang indah hotel 5 stars.

Great. Loved the place, garden and rooms. Nice swimming pool. Restaurant amazing, cheap and delicious. Perfect stay before hiking to Kawah Ijen. They can organize the tour for you.

One of the best hotel in Banyuwangi. Nice clean room, great breakfast, very good surroundings, friendly employees. Good sunrise view from the beach in the back of the hotel in the morning.

I like to stay at this hotel. The employee very nice and have a good attitude. I'm visit here twice. The breakfast item so complete with American and Indonesian breakfast. I really recomand to stay at Ketapang Indah Hotel when you visiting Banyuwangi.

Nice hotel with spacious clean standard rooms. Toiletries are a bit too cheap, didn't use them because they looked and smelled like pure chemicals. Swimming pool is nice and the staff at the restaurant is friendly. Front desk needs some better management though Unwilling to arrange anything (tours, motorbike, laundry) are pain in the ass with them. Also very inflexible when changing rooms etc.

Ketapang Indah hotel provide cozy room. Some is a new room with beautiful coconut garden. Facing the Bali strait which is good for relax before climbing Ijen mt

I love this Hotel, so far best hotel in Banyuwangi. The restaurant is quite cheap and provide a good food. The staffs are friendly. Room is clean and the area is huge. Very recommended.

Well provides and literately huge rooms with all the facilities you could ask for. Nice compound, just besides the sea with a good pool. However everything is priced quite high, Eg. The Ijen tour at 1.75 million IDR compared to 1.05 we managed to find outside. The food was also mediocre, whether it is the norm or exception I do not know.

Stayed for a day, neat cozy rooms at reasonable cost, good ambience. Pretty good breakfast.
Lacks personal touch. Ijen travel options are almost double of local rates.

Recommended by my client. Really enjoy the breakfast buffet and friendliness of the staff.
My room faced the ocean which was definitely worth the extra $10 bucks a night. Wish I had more hangars in closet (only 4) and wish the a/c would actually cool the room to 16c.
