Tempat yg bagus yang suasana nya seperti di desa, mulai dari pelayanannya, makanannya, kamar. Kebetulan saya menginap di kalapalua Lake atau kamar di dekat danau. Di kamar ini terdapat king size bed, sofa, tv, dan ada balkon mengahadap ke danau. Di kamar kalapalua lake ini setiap jam 9 malam akan di antarkan wedang dari danau melalui sampan dan jam 7 pagi kue serabi. Tempatnya yg luas bisa buat jalan2 keliling, di sini jg ada tempat spa, refleksi (tapi belum sempet coba). Kebetulab saya ke sini karena acara outing dari kantor, untuk acara yang di sediakan dari sampireun untuk acara kami cukup menarik. Di kampung sampireun tidak seding di puncak. Menurut saya yang kurang di sini adalah makanannya kurang hangat, apalg di sini di kalam hari cukup dingin. Dari kampung sampireun ini jg bs ke kawah kamojang yang jaraknya tidak begitu jauh sekitar 15-30 menit (tergantung lalu lintas), dan bisa booking guide untuk ke kawah dari hotel sampireun. So silahkan coba 😘

We booked the room located over the hill, so we had to hike a little to reached the room and the restaurant. We love the room, very nice view, with small forest and koi pond right in the balcony. They also put 'congklak', a traditional game, on the balcony. My kid was entertained by rowing on the lake, feeding the fish and playing congklak.

Good views, nice room, great experience, the staffs were so friendly, but the food is just average. The rooms are private and surround the lake, each room is equipped with one boat, traditional game (dakon), and fish food. In the morning, we could play the game while feeding the fish in the nature atmosphere. We could even do the boat races in the lake 😆.

Pemandangan danau lumayan bagus. Pesanan makanan datang setelah 1 jam menunggu dan ditanya berkali2. Parah. Bahkan minuman juga tidak diantar. Pelayan hanya mengambil piring kotor, dan meja hanya dilap asal. Banyak semut di meja. Setelah diminta dibersihkan pun, hanya dilakukan dgn asal dan muka cemberut. Makanan mahal dibanding kualitasnya. Ayam bakarnya hampir gosong dan terlalu banyak kecap. Restorannya mengecewakan. Kalau belum dipesan dan dibayar di depan, kita lebih baik pergi dan tidak jadi makan.

Good view. Nice room but facilities like sekoteng and surabi are not delivered. We sugested not write it in the voucher if hotel dont delivered them. Bad reception coordination with other, then the pool water is green and slimy. Water in the fish pond are better than water in their pool. Please clean the water.

About 45 minutes away from the town of Garut, this resort proved to be a great place to stay in. There is a variety of rooms, such as those facing a lake or a small pond, and you can't go wrong with any of them! The way the resort is arranged guarantees your privacy and comfort. You could also do several things there. There are boats to paddle through the lake, fresh local fruits being sold to be enjoyed, and a restaurant that locals even visit due to their good cooking.

Good place, good view, good food, peaceful, away from noicy city, and with a very nice services.

I used to come here twice every 3 months years ago.
Problem is that it's too far from Bandung, and potential for you to caught in heavy-traffic congestion in Nagreg is very imminent.

Good atsmosphere especially for new wed or honeymooners. Unfortunately they dont have air conditioning becouse they said its located in mountain area. At least they have hot water and the bathroom is clean. The light in the room is not sufficient enough (maybe to maintain the romance atsmosphere??). Wi fi only available in reception area. For the breakfast they only offer choices, althought the taste is delicious especially for Indonesian. Overall the room price just a little overprice i think. If you come here, please make sure your phone got GPS, coz it located far away from the city with almost no streetsign at all. And bring lot of bread or food to feed fish in the pond it will be worth it

A great place to spent your weekends or vacations, the environment here is great with lots of trees, staffs were friendly and helpful; but the location is a little bit far from Garut city so its difficult if you want to get foods outside and the hot water in the tub wasn't really hot. Overall its a nice and calm place to rest if you want to spent your weekend away from the bustling city life.

First impresion out of expectation is when you go to the hotel must passing some local people house. After arrive & parking the car, walking down the stairs the reception very small and you can see the lake but the view wasn't so great. The water so brown and the resort it self look very old. Surrounding still had a lot of tree.

The room is quite nice, but the toilet is a little bit smelly. The breakfast buffet has alot of variety and the taste is good but the dinner buffet wasn't have much of variety and the taste wasn't that good (too sweet), for me the price for this dinner buffet isn't worth it. The service is ok 👌
Ohh and just watch out for the mosquito at night, although the hotel provides electric mosquito repellents.
Overall this hotel is great fun for an adventure. 👍

Very nice and good cottage. Beautiful scenery and nice lake. Very happy to use canoe in the lake. Dinner and breakfast is great.

The resort and accomodation was of an excellent standard. The restaurant's meals were also good and reasonably prompt. I did however have an bad experience on my last day. Whilst dining solo, two female staff members attempted to say I did not pay enough money when clearing the bill. I pulled them up on this and they then gave me the correct change after. An unsavoury encounter and unexpected encounter when staying in a resort of this caliber.

Pemandangan bgs, namun lingkungan kurang seperti kolam renang yg krg bersih. Harga mahal mungkin sebanding sama kamarnya, tapi buat yg mau bulan madu tempat ini cocok bgt, sangat pribadi.

Pemandangan bgs, lingkungan kurang seperti kolam renang yg krg brsih.
Harga mahal mungkin sebanding sama kamarnya, tapi buat yg mau bulan madu tempat ini cocok bgt, sangat pribadi.
Hanya pengunjung resto dan tamu hotel yg blh masuk. Cm buat yg banyak akal kayak gue fine2 aja lah, masuk aja.
