  Stayed for 3 days in this place. Not feeling really welcoming. No garden, only dust, a couple of plants and construnction work everywhere. So don't get fooled by those beautiful pictures
  The family who runs this place was not helpful/friendly most of the time, felt like I was living in their garden. No privacy. People watching and coming by the door all the time.
  No hot water.
  Dirty water in the pool.
  Noises til' quite late to the evening and started from 4/5 in the morning(children, birds etc), was hard to sleep.
  Poor wi-fi connection! We did not have wi-fi the whole time we were here basically, because of errors happening in Lombok. However surprisingly ALL the beach bars had internet?! So how come this place doesn't seem to care enough to provide the basic stuff for their clients. If I'm promised to have wi-fi, I expect it to be there, that's all. Caused A LOT of inconveinience, because I and my family had really important work stuff to do and the next hotel to book, couldn't do neither of them.
  
  So I'm not asking for much, just the basic stuff. Surprised the owners didn't seem to care tho :/
  
  If you just want a place to crash, this is for you. But if you want to enjoy your stay at the hotel too, you might want to think twice here..

  Very nice room and breakfast and friendly staff. However the shower was very poor pressure and the property is still being built so pool area isn't very welcoming. Expect noise from mosque early in the morning

  I tried to book online to stay at this property at the end of June 2017. Because I will be travelling with my children, I requested a clean new sheet. And the reply from the guy that runs this property was so shocking.
  
  He rudely said that he doesn't accept a guest who requested a lot and put him in a lot of trouble. He just want to serve guests who doesn't request a lot.
  
  He event said "just cancel your reservation, I just want guests who will not cause me a lot of trouble"
  
  Unbelievable!!!
  
  Fortunately I still can cancel my reservation through the web I booked. I wouldn't imagine how my vacation is going to be staying at a hotel runs by a rude guy like this.

  Good breakfast menu, nice location, helpful staff. However, the first bungalow where we stayed had very thin walls and it was hard to sleep because of the noise (bar next doors and street noise). Luckily, we were given another bungalow. Bungalows were a bit in need for renovation. The garden is also not that beautiful - no grass, only muddy / dusty ground. Generally, average place.

  Restaurant is good and cheap, staff is very nice, short walk to sunset beach, spacious room, comfortable but firm bed.
  
  Walls are woven bamboo with thatch, every conversation is just as loud as if the people were in your room.

  Restaurant au TOP Cheap & Quality
  
  Repas de très bonne qualité, nous avons dîner ici par hasard même si sa "paye pas de mine" de l'extérieur .
  Nous avons pas été déçu :
  
  * Spring roll (with chicken) Délicieux pour 25 000 IDR les 5 !!!
  
  * Chicken Steak très bon aussi !
  
  Dessert succulent :)
  
  Bref rapport qualité prix exceptionnel . (Attente un peu longue, tout est fait maison)
  
  à moins de 10 minutes à pied de la rue principal .
  
  Nous n'avons pas dormit ici .

  Favoloso soggiorno di 5 gg al Beda!! Posizione ottima a due passi dalla spiaggia, bungalow belli , spaziosi, puliti e curato ! Atmosfera familiare , i proprietari e la sua famiglia sono molto gentili , disponibili e con un sorriso sempre da regalare! Wi-Fi gratis. Colazione ottima ! Grazie a tutti per la
