We stayed here for one night and that was enough. The only reason I'm giving it a 2 star is because the staff were great. The ac barely works, pumps cold damp mildewy air. Went to take a shower and the shower head fell and broke out of the fall. Went to turn the water off and the handle snapped off and almost hit my foot, took 10 mins to figure out how to turn the water off. The worst part is the room smelled like sh×t because of the open drain in the bathroom. Balcony opens to a wall with no terrace.

Good staff they even borrowed me a spare helmet for few days, room service is quiet good. Lacking of hair dryer. Some walls a bit mouldy, the rest of it is just affordable and worth to stay even hot water is not working. (maintenance issue? not a big problem for me)

If you driving a car then you should avoid this hotel because hotel only have parking park that fits only 2 cars. Location of hotel is nice. The first room that they give to us very humid, even you can feel the wall wet. The second room i can smell bad odor from the pillow. But we are too tired to complain and replace into another room. Anyway you cant complain more with cheap room rate.

Clean, quiet, and has delicious breakfast with a great rooftop view.. The rooms are small but the price is unbeatable. The location is in Seminyak Square, close to the beach and shopping. Would stay here again!

The room was alright and clean, however the staff was unprofessional and later unfriendly after a problem occurred. We were 3 persons who asked in advance if there was one room available and what the price was. The lady at the reception gave us a price on which we agreed and told us that we can check in first and pay later. When we went down to pay, she overcharged us 30% and explained that it was because of 3 persons. It would have been better to tell us before but this was not acceptable and not fair. Wouldn't recommend this hotel, better book online before checking in.

Great location and value. I really enjoyed my stay for 9 nights. Good breakfast on rooftop as well with nice views. Walking distance to beach and local cafes, bars/restaurants and shops.

Very reasonable price, just minutes walk to the beach. And no traffic waranty to get casa aya by back street. So over all is the best to stay for your hotel in seminyak
