I went for consular services. It was smooth and perfect. There was a Madam (2nd Consular) who explained in details and extended her support to get my things done. It was faster than online. Thank You Mam.
Previously renewed my passport during COVID time in 2020.
Other things : Car parking available. Strict social distancing policy adherence.
Advice: Please ensure to book your appointment online prior to your Visit. Plan your visit and reach early before 9:30 to avoid trafficresponse / report this review -

very poor service.. was keep trying to call on hunting number but no one responding at all.. always asking send an email.. Auto Answer always.. how to reach embassy people by call !!!!

unhelpfull, unfriendly, arrogant, no parking area
at least you can put 1 or 2 Customer Service to help some people with their question and not just tell them to read on information board which is not so helpfull and hard to understand or open your website dissapointedresponse / report this review -

Unhelpfull and unfriendly indonesian staff, strict security, there is no parking lot, dirty appearence, bad experi ce here especially with the indonesian there, i hope for the public services like that, they should act better and hospitable.

would like to give suggestion
1. the visa room is not that nice anymore it has been years no renovation to give the india big nations out look
2. the staff are not friendly forget to smile not showing incredible india
3. sugestion that please kindly provide with document service like
foto copy , printing foto etc with charges because the indian embassy area located in the area that diffucult to get this servce ..please or you can give to VENDORS and this is in come

No parking area. People have to line up on the road just to get in. The receptionist at the gate is very strict. The exterior of the building is also very dirty and unmaintained. But the staff inside are very efficient, so that's a plus.
