First time check in to this hotel and it was warm welcome from the receptionist Ms Niken and she is very helpful and friendly. Overall check in was great and rooms is clean but small. Having my breakfast at the Hotel was great and food is very delicious. Hospitality of the staff at restaurant was good .

Good hotel as well as clean rooms with nice Service and one shall meeting plenty beautiful stewardess spending nights there too. The front lobby is smaller but still it is a cozy place Though

Clean Room, nice view, friendly, helpful and smiling staff, delicious food, 15 minutes guarantee of service is making this hotel an excellent hotel. Recommended hotel in Balikpapan.

Compare to other regular Ibis through out Indonesia, this one in Balikpapan is poorly maintained. Bathroom floor is always damp and slippery. Curtain is always broken and service is poor. Took them an hour to pick up my laundry. Poor customer service, doesn't strive to be better at all. Purely existing.

Located in the central of the town. Clean room and friendly service. There is a night market within the walking distances. You can find variety local cuisines in the night market. Mall such as Plaza Balikpapan will take around 5 mins to be reached on foot.
