It is located east of Balikpapan Airport. The hotel offer drop and pick up service for free (hotel to airport and airport to hotel). The room is so so, clean enough. There are not many food selection during breakfast.

Room is spacious, breakfasts taste good and vary, staffs are friendly, and the environment is safe and sound at night, no crowded or engine sounds from the airport.

I got a room in a first floor and nothing interest to see, no bathup, and it was kinda disappointing as we booked the executive room.

Spacious hotel (executive room), you can ask for airport view to see landing planes. Location beside airport and you can walk from underpass to this hotel. Not feeling walking, ring the hotel they'll pick you up even in the midnight.

Its super near with the airport, you just need to walk a little bit to the north part of the airport, then you'll find the hotel. The room is big enough for two peoples, clean, and has good wifi connection. The food is delicious for the breakfast. super recommended!

Lobby is Nice. Restaurant has local and western dishes. Rooms are spacious but bathroom is run down and not clean. We stayed in losmen that were cleaner. Fungus shower curtains and stuff. Ok for transit hotel.

Overall is Ok. Was here via online book. Airport view request charge idr 50k. Early check in extra charge 200k.
There is free airport shuttle and take away breakfast.

It might be the closest hotel to the airport. It once belonged inside the airport, but since the airport moved away, there's some distance now. It still in walking distance though. The room quality is good, considering the price.

I stayed 3 nights in a deluxe room on the 3rd floor for 3 nights 16,17,18 Oct 2014. The wide ceiling height window had a view across the roof of the hotel mall to rooms on the opposite side of the rooms lined up along a U-shaped corridor.
Room cleanliness was of a poor standard. The stationery, hotel guide and directory in the table folio had food stains and even the suggestion form already was sprouted with fungus.
Aircon conduit terribly noisy and one had to choose between either a noisy night with cool air or a warmth stuffy night with mosquitoes flying out through the aircon conduit.
Lighting was OK, I liked the position of the switches above the headboard of the bed.
Shower water power was fantastic. I changed my mind about going for a body massage after enjoying the powerful shower with water adjusted kind of steaming hot .
The room I was in Room 326 was visited by an unannounced guest in the night while lying on the left side of the king sized bed watching the TV news, I kind of sensed something at the edge of my right eye. Initially I just thought it could be that my eyelash might have caused some shadow in my right vision but after winking a few times I realised that a long haired female was standing with head bowed down at the right side of the bed. I was lying covered with blanket pull over my chest at that time. So, I just acted like I was still engrossed in RT News (Russian English language channel) and slowly pull up the blanket over my shoulders and same time turned over lie on my left side and closed my eyes. I did not budge and guess I felt asleep. Woke up around 4 am but I stayed in that position lying on my side till daylight.
The hotel is in a strategic position especially for those flying into Balikpapan to go offshore by helicopter, But the bed has some of those small little bugs that will definitely feast on anyone lying on the bed.
