Was built on 2004 however, this hotel still maintenanced well.
I got Ramadhan promo, premiere king room - very large room with pool view.
The hotel clean and provide unique ambience.
Like all santika hotel, their welcoming and helping staff are wonderful.
Located at main road of Malang city.
There is Indomaret operated 24 hours with several atm machine near hotel.

Nice hotel in Malang. I stayed for a day on weekend. I use loft hotel room for 4 persons.
Very cute concept and cozy place.
Lobby is nice, breakfast is very good.
So happy to stay there and will come back again for another weekend trip.

Spending Lebaran holiday in its family room make our holiday remarkable. Two stories and spacious room suitable for a family with 4 people or 5. The childrens love the stairs and the upper room. The view from the balcony is magnificent, direct to the swimming pool. Right in the city centre makes it so easy to go anywhere. Love this property much 😙

The people were friendly from the moment we step into the hotel. Food spread during breakfast was excellent. We were with Young kids and a baby, the waitresses were pleasant. They even chitchatting with the kids (letting them occupied) giving room for the adults to enjoy good food. We tried the spa. Mom and I enjoyed it! The pool is pretty but to me, it is not 100% child proof. Plus point, walking distance 24hour Mart and ATM (next door). Getting the taxi was a bit tough. Prepare Uber App if you're on mobile roaming. Otherwise, buy local number (SIM card) and install GoJek App (it's a must app!).

Good services. Regulary come here for more than 10 years now..

Visited last weekstill in good conditioncertain area had improved.

Parking flow had changed. Its now better than before (no bend needed to enter basement parking).

Quick respond on shower trouble due to age old rubber in it. Done in less 30 mnts.

Food quality had improved in small details and much more quicker respond in table services and tidy.

The decoration bit old, but still looks very nice the food of their breakfast awesome, they have many option of foods.. milk have 2 option plain and chocolate, juice have 4 difference options, they have waffle, pancake, traditional food, definitely egg station, many pastries and many more the pool ans the room really nice too.. the price that you paid worthy for everything you get from this hotel.

A very comfort place to stay for the people who doesn't know the city so well as it is located in the main street from the north to the center of city. Besides the good facility, forget the food. It is not fresh at all.

Receptionists, bellboy, even the security staff are all very friendly. Breakfast is very good, you can choose from lots of traditional to international food here everyday.
Overall, a very good quality hotel for business or leisure. I stayed here many times. Worth every penny you spent.

Really clean hotel with good showers and nice airconditioning. Airconditioning is a bit loud but that only helped in my situation because mosques in the neighborhood think it's a good idea to call for prayers at 4.30 in the morning. Santika's airco made me finally sleep through it!

Breakfast in the hotel is also very nice, you should really try the eggs! Staff is very helpful and always ready to bring you a new cup of tea or coffee.
