Well furnished rooms but there is no lawn and the swimming pool is too small. Also located on a narrow street, the management is good and well behaved.

Amazing place to stay, not really a hotel, but i would call it a youngsters' elegant hostel. Though, it has a shallow swimming pool to relax as well. A nice serene place, close to Kuta beach, 5-10min walk and very neatlr to all party areas. You can take a cab here or bike to roam around. I ended up pairing with 4 other people in same place and ended up taking a shared can to roam around as it was humid and cheap to share cab than to take bikes, as routes and streets are too narrow and multiple to get navigation correct. Staff was helpful. I can't claim about food as never got any, but I did use their laundry facilities which were nice.

Extended my stay in bali for another night so i tried out this place. Met friendly staff upon arrival. Fast check in. Room was clean and big. For the price i paid, this is one of the better hotel. No smelly toilet, dirty linens. Good location, few mins walk to legian Street, about 8 mins walk down the street to the beach. Many shops and mini marts around. Will recommend my friends to stay there.

Friendly staff, clean and quiet place to chill. They also have a smart TV. It's located right in the heart of Kuta so it's easy to get to the shopping areas, restaurants, clubs and beaches.

lovely tropical garden in the middle of Kuta. Peaceful and relaxing after a long trip to Ubud. Rooms are just want we wanted, staffs were very nice. Strongly Recommend to stay. We stayed 10 days and no regrets.

Broken sink and toilet, dirty bathroom with a newt. Stale food and a scaly kettle. The room itself had a collapsed mattress, no bin, slow WiFi, and cracks in the wall; with air conditioning that wasn't nearly powerful enough.
When we asked to leave early the owner refused to refund us, and the hotel did not fix anything during our stay. We eventually forfeited our payment and left anyway. The pictures of this hotel on comparison sites do not accurately represent it.response / report this review -

Small, clean and very close to Kuta centre. Just the perfect location. Rooms are quite small, which included of only TV, and kettle. The hotel doesn't have a kitchen, so don't expect to order anything in room. AirCon worked great. There was a drainage problem in the shower and water leaked out into the room, this happened in both rooms. Pool was small, had too much chlorine.
WiFi was bad. They rented us bikes for 70k a day. Room service was prompt and attended to our needs. Kind enough to let us check out at 2 pm.response / report this review -

Take care & stay out of there => bed bugs!!!
We arrived at the 21th of may 17.
We arrived around 1p.m. checked in our standard room. (Last one on the left, first floor)
The staff was really friendly and helpful and carried our luggage to the room.
Relaxed 20 min on the bed and saw the first bug crawling over the blanket. Catched it showed it to the manager. He gave us another room (second floor last one on the right)
The Wifi was then gone because of the bad receiption. But I would agree sacrifing the wifi instead of bedbugs. Next morning we waked up and I got bitten.
Found there Bedbugs as well. They where hiding under the matress. Brought them to the Office.
We said we would agree to stay there if they can guarantee us a bed bug free room. The said they can't offer us another room. So we decided to check out.
Then the lady asked us to take a foto of us to show it to the manager to confirm that we've got refunded what really was unprofessional.
I can only imagine how many rooms are infested.
And an effective treatment of bedbugs is really cost intensive. Where usually the money factor is a big point.
The rest of the staff was friendly and professional.

If you're planning to stay in kuta, and wondering how legit this place is. It is. It comes with a very inviting pool, nice big room, clean, functioning room, comfy enough bed all for a grand total of 21 sgd. The hotel's staff are very friendly. Just on the main street, when youre exploring. you'll see vibrant pasar malam (street food vendors) selling ayam mee soto. 15000 for a bowl. It was damn good. And this famous soto bakso, youll spot this fair skinned guy selling bakso in a shop with a whole bunch of locals. No one speaks english so i hope youre good with sign language. Its meat balls with beef innards, rice and free flow prawn crackers. It was sooo good. And if you still have the stomach for it, which i did. Youll find this babi guling vendor in a make shift stall. You wouldnt miss it. Try it! I like how its a distance away from the crazy in kuta and in the middle of a street food galore.

Theres a young man working at the Pavilion who made our experience as great as it was. He treats the guests as if he's one day going to inherit the place for himself! And I hope he does! Very hard working!
