Kamar mandi ga ada lampu utamanya, berkesan gelap kurang nyaman, lampu cuma ada di pinggiran cermin wastafel doang utk kamar 332. Untuk lainnya lumayan lah..ohya arah kiblat juga tidak disediakan dalam kamar buat muslim yang bingung musti nanya hotelier nya dulu.

My experience was using its conference room as attendee, not as a hotel guest. That being said, it was decent enough as conference/meeting venue. They can do better regarding the maintenance of the chair covers, but the place is otherwise tidy and clean.
The food, as far as the snacks went (there was no lunch, it was a short meeting), ranged from decent to delicious. You would probably have no reason to complain about the catering service.response / report this review -

Near malioboro, breakfast has many variations. Nice hotel, but
- the cs didn't tell me that the welcome drink is vegetable juice mixed with pineapple. I'm pregnant, doctor told me not to eat pineapple.
- 2 employees knocked my room door at 22.00 and directly opened my door (so fast). After they saw there're guests, they said "i'm sorry, i tought there's no guest" (whaaattt?????)response / report this review -

Nice , remmonded for you if you want to spent your vacation in jogjakarta city. And also many places are not far from there, that provide special offer of traditional food of Jogjakarta.

I stayed here with my wife for two nights. We really enjoyed the breakfast and the bed was really comfortable. Access to train station is the main advantage of choosing this hotel for a stay (if you use the train to travel!). However, noises from the trains are disturbing. I also noticed that I could hear voices and sounds those who stayed in the room next to us. We experienced miscommunication about the room that I already booked two weeks ago, but the staffs could handle it very well. Over all, it was a good stay.

The room was hot and humid. The shower was warm for about 3 minutes then cold. The pizza was awfully. I ordered 4 vodka drinks and didn't seem to have any affect on me. The breakfast was good.

Noise from everything. Train, baby crying, plane. Very loud and clear to bedroom at the 2nd floor. Connecting doors make sound from the next room can be heard to others room.
Balcon can't be accessed, it's just dummy because it's locked and the reception didn't have the key.

I Love this place, they give a very welcoming and friendly service. I got a deal for 487k a night in this hotel, and their bedroom is comfy and cozy. You could use their other facility when staying here. And I recommend to not having breakfast here, because there's a lot of food market that you can reach by walking for 5 minutes. And it's lot cheaper :D
