According to my experient during my stay here was so so. The room was big enough for 2 persons. No wifi off course. The room was not that clean, but not dirty either. The bathroom looked old but I have no complain about it. The staffs was nice. Considering to the price, this hotel was so so. Breakfast has no many option, but it was delicious. The location of this hotel is good, near to some restaurant and also can be reach by Trans Jogja.

Very bad experiences here..book 4 rooms, 3 rooms have problems with air conditioner. Ask for room replace, first one okay..second they said rooms are full..got angry and suddenly they have another room available replace

Budget hotel near the taman sari water palace jogja. I dont really like the breakfast. Once i stay here i got a room on the corner of corridor and it a little bit creepy. And there's a sound from the kitchen near with my room, it's very noise and make me awake around 3am.

The room is okay, but I agree with some comments about cleanliness. It could, and should, be improved. The towels look dirty. How much does it takes to bleach them or buy new supplies of towel? But the staff are nice and helpful, they always rang to see that you're not late for breakfast. And the breakfast was surprisingly delicious. I did enjoy my stay here.

The dirtiest hotel i ever stayed, the tap water didint work, leaking, no matt floor but at least lit bit hot water for shower and wifi keeps on. But the staff very helpful!

So far biasa aja sih, kesana pas lagi tahun baru, kamar yang hrganya 200 an melonjak jadi 500rb lebih, suasana dalam ruangan memang kaya bukan hotel, biasa banget, dan kena cash makanannya mahal

Kesan pertama menginap di hotel ini krg memuaskan, tampak luar bangunan hotel nya cat kusam, bgtu cek in dan mendapatkan kmar di lt. 2 sangat kecewa sekali krn kmar bau, cat dinding kusam, bagian atap ada bekas2 ttesan air dan berlubang , pas di depan pntu kmar sy saat hujan atapnya bocor, seprei dan handuk kotor sprti tdk di gnti dr pemakaian tamu sblm nya, saat sy mnt di gnti dgn handuk yg baru salah seorang staff nya blg tdk ada dgn alasan handuk sdg di laundry smua ðŸ˜

Saya memberikan bintang 5 bukan untuk kondisi kamar tp untuk keramahan staf yang luar biasa dan membantu terutama kepada star perempuan yang bertugas pagi hari di atas jam 7 tgl 24/12 yang sangat memperhatikan kondisi Bapak kami yg sangat kesusahan berjalan, kebetulan kamar kami ada di lantai 2 , dan staff tersebut menawarkan untuk pindah kamar. Teruma kasih
