A reasonable price hotel with good service. The room is clean, water is good, and the breakfast is nice. Located close to Malioboro and other hangout place around it. Just in case if you want to drive your own vehicle, the parking lot is small so its better that you use public transport.

Lokasi nya mungkin kurang strategis karena masuk gang/lorong bukan di pinggir jalan besar tetapi dekat dengan hotel horison dan beberapa hotel yang lain.
Pegawai nya ramah dan selalu menyapa, cepat dan tanggap untuk menangani keluhan tamu, tidak menginap pun masih dapat welcome drink. Makan pagi terlihat kurang menarik dan tidak meningkatkan selera makan meskipun pilihan nya beragam

Sarapan all you can eat disini secara rasa enak dan bisa dinikmati. Varian masakannya juga klop jd bisa nyambung. Pilihannya juga cukup bervariasi. Cuman kopinya aja yg perlu dibuat lbh enak lagi dikit.

Cheap price.. Only 310k including breakfast, nice bed, you only get 2 pillow for 1 double bed. Nice view out there.. The exhaust in my bathroom is dead.. I can smell my fart after i take a poop there.. The location is amazing you can grab nearby food. Only 10 minutes to malioboro. Will definitely come here again. And i love the welcome drink. I hope they sell it in a bottle of syrup

I order this hotel with traveloka and get a cheap price, around 300k only. For this price, this is a good deal. The bed is clean, the water is hot and plenty, the bathroom is clean, but the AC remote is broken, the wall is dirty and broken, the tv loading takes a while and the view is a lot of roof.

The location is strategic. It's so close to Malioboro street and the main train station (Tugu Station). Spent two nights there with colleagues finish our work. The room is nice with playwood floor. It's huge and has a small adjascent room for smoking. My only issue is with the breakfast buffet. Not the most appealing nor delicious foods.

Accessible and not far to malioboro. Breakfast menu are awesome, but bathroom hot water only warm. Slow internet connection. No good window view. Good services and pretty good marchandise!

Located downtown.
Car park basement available.
Hotel has good ambience. There's a sofa in every floor corridor.
Room size OK.
Don't expect a good view because this place facing a street.
Wood floor creaking in several spot.
Bad wi-fi.
Water heater isn't working properly.
