Beautiful place , amazing service and friendly people . We stayed here for two days and I must say it was the most relaxing vacation ever
The place wasn't crowded and the staff was very sweet and catered to all our needs and requests .. one phone call to the reception and the staff would be at our door in no time .
The villa is just spectacular 😍😍
The only downside to this place was the food delivered via room service The food wasn't hot at all even if it was made to order . I suggest if you go here just visit their inhouse restaurant and avoid ordering room service ( if you wanna save some money walk to lagoi bay beach and eat there instead much cheaper and tastier food is available there )response / report this review -

This is an absolutely wonderful destination - the hotel is not too far from the ferry terminal (15 minutes) and essentially consists of private villas, each with its own swimming pool, clustered around the reception area where the bar/restaurant is located. It's quiet and it's located right on the beach looking west so the sunsets are stunning.
Talking of the beach, the sea is very shallow in this part of Lagoi. Definitely bring your flip-flops because you can walk about half a mile out to sea and still not be more than knee deep!
The thing that makes the difference with the Pantai Indah? The staff. They're the best! Unfailingly polite and helpful. Enjoy breakfast, lunch or an evening meal overlooking the beach, or ask the staff to book a trip out. Top tip: the hotel partners with a company that does river boat tours at night. Ask the staff to book you on this trip - it's magical. You will most likely get to see fireflies, and even if you don't see them the view of the night sky from the boat is perfect. You can see all the constellations wheeling overhead and can even make out the Milky Way. It's worth every penny.
The hotel also has numerous activities that you can take part in. You can rent quad bikes, try archery or rent bicycles. It's easy enough to rent a bike for two hours and cycle all the way around the Lagoi lake (there's a dedicated bike/jog path the whole way around) or cycle to the Blue Lakes, shown in one of my attached photos.

Tranquil , peaceful and indeed a Comfortable space to relax - the service staff at Pantai Indah are excellent ! Working on providing the best service making guests happy . Villas are well maintained with all the basic needs for a couple of days stay . Short buggy rides between villas - reception are a breeze with a simple dial to the them , they usually arrived within 2-3 mins at door step.
Place is safe , plenty of greens and landscaping are daily upkeep to ensure its prestige state ! Private pools are clean and properly filtered for daily use .
Suitable for couples who would like to have private times away from the bustle .response / report this review -

This was our first time in Pantai Indah. We were excited as this was our first experience ij private villa. They did not disappoint us. After covid this was our first trip out of Singapore. We were picked up from ferry terminal didn't have to wait much. They had a mini bus to pick us up. At reception, check in was quick. From check in they have electric buggis to transfer to ur villa. They have many villas in there property. Entering the villa, they have a room with sofa and chair. Room can be opened from two ways and has swimming pool immediately attached. There is small kitchen, a full sized fridge, cutlery, kettle. Swimming pool is quite big and has a seating space where u can chill after swim. They also provide two chair which can convert to flat bed. Bedroom was next. It was good. Attached to it was a walk-in wardrobe. Then was the bathroom. Very large, spacious. Haven't see such bathroom which i can call spacious. There was bath tub, open air space. Have to mention there shower. Good quality good. Although through out u can see due to COVID as there was travel restriction and these properties were not used there was some things worn out. Room service was quick and staff shown good hospitality. you can rent float, ATV rides. Many activities are available like archery etc.
Breakfast was also fulfilling. There was aloo gobi and veg curry after we requested them as our friends did not eat meat. Fried rice, parata all was tasty 😋. Overall was good experience. Will recommend to stay here!response / report this review -

This place definitely deserves 5 stars especially thanks to the fantastic staff and to the outstanding location: the hotel is next to an outstanding bay where you can walk easily hundreds of meters in shallow water. The place is very quiet provided that a villa close to yours doesn't house noisy people. Food is also really tasty for a decent price (roughly 100k idk) for a Singaporean, of course not for indonesia.
Regarding the cons, because there are still some, I think the hotel should be more careful with the maintenance of the rooms or even with the lobby: while it's likely because of the long period without tourists, it can be a bit unpleasant to see very stained carpets, doors not closing properly or even bed sheets in poor conditions. Another small issue comes from the breakfast and from the fact that we never received what we ordered: despite clearly stating what we wanted every day, we always received way too much food. We always ate everything in order not to waste food but this issue should be addressed : maybe just give a form every day to the villa and let the customers fill it in?
Anyway, despite these small cons, I strongly advice anyone to visit this fantastic place.response / report this review -

Very nice hotel. The staff is extremely nice and the service is really good. Each Villa in the hotel has its own swimming pool and living area. The hotel is facing a beautiful bay, perfect spot to take beautiful pictures. You can also rent one of their quads and go for a ride in the forest.

Came here for my anniversary and was pleasantly surprised by their service level. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Food is not bad and the view while seated outside having your food is splendid! Peaceful place! Would come back again!!

Wonderful experience here. The staffs really pamper us. They offered to customised breakfast for our liking, get us transport to the mall and buggies are always a phone call away.
Room is clean, well maintained, new, very tastefully done.
Don't expect the villa and food to be very cheap like the other parts of Indonesia though. But again you are paying for very good experience.response / report this review -

A resort able to offer you a refuge from your busy schedule, the design of the villas with natural light and private pool. Legenda cafe enjoy all day dining with local and international cuisines. Sunset bar place to chill and unwind with a sunset view. activities archery, nine-bot, bike, float, kayak etc are available in the resort. Private beach the most place we need. You feel indonesian hospitality serve by the Holiday Villa Pantai Indah staffs.

The villa is you get what you see on the websites. It is clean and well maintained, maybe it is still new. Overall, if you were to compare staff service, i would think Montigo in Batam give a more bubbly atmosphere than here. Things in Bintan are more pricy generally, but it is quite good to just chill and relax in the villa, some lazy time. In addition, hey also provide complimentary cake for birthday person. Quite nice thou.
Few of the things that was quite disappointing was that there suppose to be turn-down service at the evening but no one came to check on us. Next would be that during raining times, you will be either stuck in your room with a attached bathroom no access to drinks and food OR stuck in the living room with drinks and food but no access to bathroom. You will get wet either way getting to the other side. Obviously there is no proper planning while making of this villa. Hope they would be able to improve this.
In all, it is still a good 3D2N of lazy time.response / report this review -

First of all: The staff is wonderful here, helpful and polite. Now to the 3 stars wich could have been 5. (There is a tips in the end of the survey of monkey spotting)
The 2 bedroom villa was very spacious and nice, great pool. The first villa we stayed in had a problem with noisy ac in my room so we had to sleep 3 people in the same room. I was offerd a room in another villa but I want to be with my family. We suggested that we should pay for a 1 room villa the next day but were offered to move to another villa that we did.
In that villa there was a strange noise in the pool and the staff looked at it and fixed it.
I think it's strange that the management doesn't have a control system for these kind of things.
The other 3star reason is the prices in the restaurant, way to high. There is a "mall", you can go there with shuttle bus or walk 30 minutes, with some other restaurants.
Now to the monkeys: At the left of the restaurant there is a big rock. I went down there at the river coming from inland at 9pm in the morning and saw 8-9 monkeys comming out of the woods. Tip: be very quiet and still.response / report this review -

The place is very private. We can't go inside unless we are their guests. Which I really like it. Breakfast are quite unique. Pool are small compare to the other villas which I've ever stayed (and cheaper) The room is fine, which I found quite disappointed is the toilet is actually much more spacious than the bedroom. The place doesn't worth the pennies that I've spent. Service team members are cool!

Nice getaway from the city, which is only an hour ferry ride from Tanah Merah, Singapore. The resort is just a few months old, and we discovered this online by accident.

No hassle with our pick up and drop off to the terminal. They even offered to get our boarding passes, so we could go straight to immigration.
Really loved the one bedroom villa we stayed at.
We had the beach all to ourselves.

Maybe they can install doorbells in the villa, as it was difficult to hear if someone was at the door.
Food can be improved.
I hope they can turn down the music at the beach, or play something more tasteful. Destroys the mood when you just want some quiet and relax time.

Absolutely love this resort! The staff are friendly, welcoming us warmly. Service is excellent! Room is relaxing, private, beautiful and designed well, especially the bathtub with plants and natural light. Highly recommend!

For the price, it failed to deliver the experience. Poor coordination with/control over shuttle bus operator resulted in my dad being stranded at Lagoi plaza for 4 hours. New facilities but poor worksmanship, also poor attention to detail. E.g. shower knob fell off when in use, bath tub was dirty, umbrella was spoilt Buffet breakfast was underwhelming at best.

This place is awesome. You can get a lot of view. Like sea, beach, also we improve the lanscape an everything. Just 5 minutes from ferry terminal (Bandar Bintan Telani) and 1 hour from Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal (Singapore).
