one of the only two 4-stars hotel in Tanjungpinang, this one is located in the central part of the city, with moderate distance to the airport and the government officesthe food, meals and dishes are all good for children or someone with say fever or cold or cough as the taste are all lightnice roomsmoderate meeting rooms

nice hotel. my office use the ballroom frequently. they have a descend sound system and good house keeping. the food menu is nice too. i have not tried to stay in this hotel, but my office's guests were always stay in this hotel for convenient. they didn't complaint about the service so i think this hotel is very good

A new, nice and clean big hotel. Has a lot of food varieties for breakfast although not so great. Decent price too.

The hotel is new and the rooms are relatively clean. Hotel also provide transport to places of interest for a reasonable fee. However the morning prayers will break the quiet mornings quite early. It would be better if the rooms have better sound proofing.

Great hotel, rooms are good and comfy. Breakfast there is nice, there are lots of choices. The gym looks "dusty" and it is so dark there (perhaps because it is in the basement). There are supposed to be "sauna" there in the same floor but after I checked it out there aren't any. But overall, this hotel is a nice place to stay :)

the hotel that have a good service all around. spacious parking, wide variation of convention hall. unfortunately, the food wasn't really up to my expectations, but the service was excellent. for culinary experience, it's better if you went to potong lembu itself. for the stay itself, you can expect it from all great hotel standard.

Comfy bed cozy room with lovely interior design. Restaurant foods are so-so. Receptionist are friendly. Various meeting room size, good sound system and helpful team. Overall clean, cozy, worth the price. Will definitely come back.

Very new hotel. Just 1 Year old.
Very big and 1 of the best hotel in Tanjung Pinang.

I am giving then 5 stars because of their service.
Hubby got food poisoning and was vomiting and diarrhoea in the middle of the night. The staffs help to look for medicine and help fetch us to hospital and clinic.

Room is clean.
Walls abit thin. Can hear people talking in the hallway.
If the can add a sofa in the room will be better. Not enough sitting area. We order food to our room. There is only 1 chair. One of us have to stand to eat.

Breakfast has alot of options.
Local food, eggs station, waffles, porridge.

The food prices and massage is expensive.
Food is around IDR 80k
1 hour massage is IDR 120k and above.
