A modest resort hotel away from the city & with its own frontage to the waterside. Spacious with pools & plenty to keep kids amused.

Horrible experience.
Firstly, when we arrived, rooms were not ready even at check in time. When they were eventually passed to us, toilet was dirty and smelt of urine. In every single one of the four rooms we had, there were issues. Either the aircon was not working, or the shower fell apart, or the bathtub was covered in ants. The rooms were also infested with mosquitoes and I barely slept at all.
Facilities were old and derelict at at some places literally falling apart. Concierge kept trying to upsell services that were supposed to be free on their website citing limited capacity. Restaurant took an age to serve us our food, and when it arrived, it wasn't even warm. We saw our pasta sit on the counter for 10mins before a waiter actually brought it to our table.

Not too many people here in January. But nice staff, very good food at the cafe, lots of sports and activities and a good size pool. Be warned - there isn't much of a beach here. And its 30 mins from Batam centre. But room is nice, good service and overall great value for money.

You can tell it's an older hotel, but most facilities are in good working condition. Convenient location, friendly staff, big pool. A lot of activities available at the hotel itself. They have paid activities like ATV, Paintball, Archery, Flying fox, Jetski, etc. There's FOC activities too such as Trampoline and mini golf. Fun place to stay, family friendly.

This place is only good if you like water activity and the things they selling are like day light robbery. The surroundings do not have any malls only the hotel near the sea and forest. Service wise still not bad however it seems that they have communication differences when we enquires with 1 staff and then the other staff will give different answer.

Quite a small resort, pretty boring as there's literally nothing else around so you get stuck with just the activities that the resort offers. The level of fun of the activities were excessively exaggerated by the hotel.. flying fox was nothing more than a 10 second whizz down from the 5th storey; the area of land for the ATV was so pathetic like less than 100m; fat tyre bike rental (1 hour) did not allow cycling out of the resort (wth!) so we ended up cycling around the entire resort in literally less than 5 minutes and returned the bike after that. However i liked the kayaking and the huge pool..
Food was ok. Breakfast was normal and the Korean restaurant was deserted and dodgy AF but food tasted surprisingly good with huge portions. Massage was not too bad.
Hotel room was fine and clean but the A/C was tremendously noisy i couldnt sleep at night it was terribly frustrating especially after a full day of activities.
Nevertheless this place was really cheap thus i can't complain too much 😕 the service was fantastic though, you can tell that the staff goes the extra mile to make your stay comfortable.response / report this review -

I stayed for 2N at the resort. The pool was great, we love it. The staffs were friendly a d very accommodating. The aircon remote and the shower tap were broken. The hotel fixed it after I informed them. The breakfast was good and offered many options. Try the black fresh coffee (without sugar), I liked it. From my room, I could see sunset and within a stoll away, I could see the sunrise from the hotel window.

Place is away from city centre batam. Getting there will pass through the mountain road which takes about 30 to 40 mins. Place offers some water sports but the waterfront is not exactly clean. Expect marvelous service from the staff and good food in this place. The new rooms are also very clean and the pool is decent. Expect to see greater things from Harris as they continue to renovate for the better.

Hotel room is spacious, all the amenities are clean and tidy. At the resort itself, there are some free activities such as trampoline mini golf. Some paid activities - jet ski, banana boat, kayak and etc. There is a cable wakeboard park very close to the hotel.

Been here a lot of times. This is the right place if you like a resort with plentiful of activity, dont forget the huge swimming pool, recently they provide floating bean bag for rent (cost Rp50.000,-) and for you with adventurous spirit ,try the flying fox - swing from top of the hotel to across. And didn't forget about their hospitality, sometimes their manager greets the customer in the loby and distribute welcome cookies! thumbs up for you guys!

It is a good deal if you book it via Goibibo.
The surrounding beach is not good. Also, it does not offer exotic view of the sea.

Rooms are a bit old, but ample activities for all. The location is rather far from the city centre (Nagoya Hill), with only 2 shuttle trips per day. Service is nice and rather welcoming. Good for an overnight stay, but its more for families.

The old wing was in a relatively bad condition, with floor tiles in the common corridor popping up. The outdoor private jacuzzi in the Japanese suite was also dirty, but generally the room is clean. Service by the staff was excellent.

Good breakfast buffet. But the room's air-condition was not functioning well. At 18 degrees, it is still so hot. Reported the matter twice, the technician came and did something, but there was not change, it was still hot!
The shower water is so slow that you might as well do not bathe. Swimming pool wise, the staff will ask you to remove your shirt if you are not wearing a swimming attire. I was like, the fish? We are in a Muslim country, and they are asking us to take off our shirt? If we go to hotel in Malaysia, they would not care if you wear a shirt or not.

Clean rooms and friendly personal but very loud music being played until late and again very loud early in the morning. The Air-conditioning is modern but the air smells mouldy even after hours with all windows open. Decent facilities.

If you shave yourself electrical. You have to do this in the middle of the room.
No power plug in the bathroom.
4 times complained about the shower.
It stays not in position. And asked for repair.
But they don't do any repairs or replace the not functioning rubbish.
Breakfast is oke.
Dinner. Better to go out to a food court. More choice and more tasty.
Very small menu and quite expensive.
I am leaving this place. And find a place where they take more care for long term customers.
After almost two weeks staying there I am finished with this place.

Excellent service, nice charming crew, perfect poll area, lovely food, perfect rooms, value for money, just the place is maybe too remote and quiet for single guests. No shopping facilities or sightseeing near by. A perfect escape from SG .

Big resort in Batam with the biggest hotel swimming pool.. room rate quite cheap, and of course so many many many activity here, you can play flying fox, paintball, atv arena, jet ski, shooting range and many more.

Nice place and clean rooms. The staff are polite and make it easy to settle down. The place is ideally suited to take a break. If you are planning a trip heavy on activities and sight seeing, it will be too much to your liking. It is ideal to relax and rejuvenate.

Location far away from city, food prices is exspensive . Buffet is ok nothing special. But swimming pool was big and wonderful Its nice for kids and family. Staff put an effort to sing birthday song and give me little surprise togather with my friends.

The staff are very good and friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The pool is huge and clean. Breakfast has many choices. Singaporeans want so much for a cheap weekend. It is tremendous value for money. If you want 5* then pay for it.

This resort is the type I like.
The room was a standard, ana comfortable, and Wi-Fi, TV, etc.,
also, has a large swimming pool outdoor,
furthermore, convenient facilities,
nice swimming pool, and good restaurant,
good food, various menu, good service, and the staff were very friendly.
And near a beach, and this resort were a good.
We stayed for 1 night 2 days. We give high marks to this hotel.
Someday I want to come back here.
