Weird place. From one side you have great and nice crew, awesome breakfasts, beautiful surrounding and nice pool, from another rooms are just dirty. I don't mind that walls needs repairs or furniture are worn out. But I really mind to sleep in a place where there's 3cm of dust in corners. And for God sake please, please, please clean those bathtubs! We were in two rooms and both were similar.

Location is best near by ubud palace and market,Garden view is vry nice and pool is also very good but Rooms were not clean.Washrroms needs to be much improved.It is very lonely.No basic facilities such as water bottles and toothpaste.

So basically I checked in here last year. Love the pool and the view. And the location! What can I say about the location? It's the best! It's near to almost everywhere! Especially the supermarket. Staff were friendly, and they Re generous with the food servings.
My only issue was that two baby "komodos" got in my room one night. And I am so afraid of reptiles that I even thought jumping from the balcony to the swimming pool at 2 AM just to get away from it. Staff was accommodating enough to put covers at the spaces they could have entered so I had nothing to worry about the following night.

You get what you paid for. I think it is the cheapest inn at Ubud. The room is so-so but good enough to sleep. They dont have ac, bottled water, minibar at the room but they provide you with fan, small fridge, old tv, cupboard, bed curtain and hot water by request. It also a little bit dusty but has good view of greens in the back. Our room is right in front of the swimming pool which is so clean and fresh. They dont have breakfast buffet. We tried english breakfast & fried rice. It is so delicious. Another good thing is the place is so close to the ubud center. It is just 10minutes walking or 5minutes by motorbike. It is also quite close to monkey forest, campuhan, and tegalalang.

There is quite a walk from ubud's centre. Price is low but it could use a good cleaning.

Hôtel familiale dans un écrin de végétation, le personnel est au petit soin et se plie en quatre pour offrir un agréable séjour au client. De bon souvenir de discussion en anglais avec le gérant qui aime partager sur les uses et coutumes de l'île. La nourriture est bonne et c'est agréable au retour de visite de pouvoir se restaurer sur place. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. Salle de bain vieillotte mais fonctionnelle. Un bon endroit pour séjourner au calme et visiter Ubud.
