Service was extraordinarily slow with people complaining all around us. The staff was incompetent and rude, the food portions were tiny & expensive and to top it all off we got food poisoning from there! *AVOID AT ALL COSTS*

3 of us went to dream beach in the morning but did not stay there. Just went in there to rest and relax at the restaurant. Seated at the bean bags area facing the beautiful ocean. We used the pool, needs to pay 50k for each person using their facilities because we are not in house guests. We order juices, beer, coconuts also had our lunch there. Food were good and total price we paid is not expensive. Stayed there for few hours and left to catch our ferry. Will try to stay there for sunset the next time.

Came for the happy hour. Severely disappointed. Frozen margarita was literally half ice slush and half water. Barely any alcohol with no margarita mix. Staff also didn't care to help. Do not go for the happy hour, it's a ploy. Good view though.

We sent New years here. Met great people, the room is is moderate size (looks like the pictures) but at the end of the day all I did in my room was change or sleep. Happy hour made us happy, view from the breakfast area is amazing. Staff are super friendly, even at 6 in the morning when I was wide awake and walking around. It's rated at a 3 star hotel but for the experience and memories I got I rate it a 5.
You don't go to a beautiful beach island to stay in your room all day. We rented a golf car one day and drove all around the island.response / report this review -

I'll start with the positives: the view is beautiful and the beach is great. It's a nicer beach than mushroom. But we were extremely disappointed with the staff and the service. The staff were not helpful in any way, they were not friendly and had very terrible customer service skills. This is especially for the front desk staff, who were not approachable and were not polite. They seemed bothered to be serving us. The overall attitude and atmosphere of this place really put a damper on our stay. We did not feel comfortable. The room (the huts) is very basic and tiny. It's dark and dusty. There are lots of bugs, especially ants everywhere. Staying in a hut on the beach is a nice idea but don't expect anything fancy because it's musky in there. The bathroom is behind the hut outside so if it's raining it's soaked and muddy. Get comfortable with showering outside, with only with a fence around you. There is no hot water and the shower/sink is salt water. The pool was way too acidic, everyone was complaining about how it burnt their eyes. We asked the staff to check the pH but no one bothered. Honestly, this place is mediocre and not worth the price.

i was here for 3 times and i never pay if i wanna get into the pool. but this time i come i have to pay 50k IDR for the pool and it so sucks because they didnt tell me about personally. The guy had a loud voice and told to me to pay in front of the other guests.
he was so unpolite and talk rudely to me.

The location and view is top notch. Food quality is average at best with really rude staff that spoil the whole place. Bit of sincerity would go a long way. Such a shame

Stay here for 3 nights,we took the beachfront family hut. The view is spectacular, love their infinity pool. We walk to the devil's tears and rent motorbike to explore was really good experience. However, for the stuff working there, most of them are rude and show attitude. Dinner last order at 830pm however bar still open if u would like to order drinks and chill by the pool side ^^

Crowded place especially at sunset time. Good vibes though with the beach huts, infinite pool, bar and restaurant. Really close to the beach and you can enjoy a very nice to enjoy the sun

It's a great place to spend early evening n enjoying sunset from this place. Specially they have a Happy Hour treat starts 4pm until 6pm, buy one get one free cocktail.

Beautiful place, incredible beach, foods amazing. Pay extra for the sea view if you can as waking up to the waves is worth the extra few quid (call and book directly with the hotel, way cheaper than online) The only downside is the staff arent paticulary nice, friendly or helpful, apart from Sansanta who I kept asking around for when I needed help.

awesome, awesome place on Lembongan island. after the snorkeling and the mangrove forest trip, this is the best part of the day to enjoy a cold beer or two, chilling at the bar or hit the wavy beach for a little more fun. astonishing pool as part of the resort here.
drinks come slow and food slower. but you are on Lembongan so why do you care? the seafood pizza is the best i had for a while. and I am picky with my pizza.response / report this review -

the restaurant here is awful - rude staff that are too lazy to bring the bill to your table and food that is very expensive and terrible ($5 for a bowl of two minute noodles that you can buy from any mini mart for 20c!!) - total rip off

Food and Drinks were ok but the view made it awesome. If you want to get in the Pool, you have to Pay 50k IDR per Person, which is ok. At the end i would recommend it to everyone who stays at lembongan and visit Dreambeach.
