An old hotel with downgrading level of facilities' maintenance. When you rent an apartment in a monthly basis, do expect less and apply strict checklist of building's amenities.

The facility is in serious need of overhaul, while clean water supply remain in good service, unless you are with serious budget consideration, then opt for known chain hotels.

Elevators are not all running well, elevated dimmed lights, strong roaches odour are common in elevators, bathrooms and hallways.

Pictures from the internet presented an irony to the actual.

When renting a fully-furnished apartment of 1-3 bedrooms on a monthly basis, beware of the exorbitant utility charges that comes at the end of the lease.

It is best to check and clarify the applicable rates prior signing the lease contract, check the room's amenities and cleanliness even to the point of ensuring that pests and insects are not found on bedroom mattresses, sofa's hard to reach linings and sink's lower rack.

Monthly parking pass ends at every 5th of the month regardless date of purchase. Thus policy is deemed very unfair, however the estate's parking authority is adamant to change applyibg a 30-days parking period or even applying reasonable prorated charges.

We had booked this from traveloka as it said as 4 stars hotel for 2 nights and when we arrived the place is NOT even close to 4 stars hotel in anyway. Under-staff, poorly maintained, door cannot be open and it is actually old apartment building with more than a 100 apartment empty, which they are trying to rent as a hotel room. So, you will be staying with the people who live there. The lift was smelly and dirty and really poorly maintained. The ceiling having holes and constant tripped electricity in the apartment. I decided to lose my money since it was nonrefundable booking but it was worthed since I booked a proper 4 stars hotel in the end. The picture in google looks so nice while in reality it is NOT nice at all.

Expect less from this facilty, Building is rather old with serious level of building maintenance required. The basement karaoke is a good choice for within walking distance entertainment. I would not recommend it, just go for chain hotels unless you are really a budget travel.

Very big parking space. Safe, got Indomaret startegic location. There's 2 pool. Small one is free ( a little bit dirty) the big one u have to pay.

The hotel got 2 store, alfa &indomart, if u want to buy snack and drinks, its really helpfull. Very strategic location, a large parking lot. Free small swiming pool a little bit dirty i think. If u wanna pay u can play at waterpark for better option.
Also In the resort there is a nice restaurant serve indonesian & chinnese food, free kareoke, got mini zoo and a children playground, in a walking distance.

On the lower level floor there also a night club not for family.
