Its a nice hotel for a short trip visit, would recommend this hotel to friends and family. The staffs were nice polite, please put more attention on the items like kettle in the room and water heater in the toilet, those items didnt working well, other than that, it was a great place to stay

This is the 1st time ever, when i asked for extra pillow, your hotel will be charging me. I always ask for 2 extra pillow when i stay in any hotel. But i was told by your house keeping department that i will have to pay for the extra charge. The pillows in the room was so thin & i need the extra pillow to support my neck.
I am totally disappointed by your hotel policy and if the policy still hold, i will never check into Zuri Express ever again

Good hotel, many dining options nearby, friendly staff and clean rooms. Breakfast was tasty as well! I recommend ordering food to the room if you get hungry late in the evening or at night. Walking around the nearby streets can be a bit dangerous at those times.

i was stay in this Hotel for 1 day without breakfast package. This is why I choose without the breakfast package, because it is very easy to find food around the hotel. The hotel is in the Mangga Dua malls and you can walk.

Distance of hotel with mall only about 5-10 minutes by walk. With a package without breakfast I can save $ 10.

The hotel room room is also great for the newcomers.
On the first floor you can use the coffee shop restaurant to meet business associates.

Nice place. Good room and service with internet, air-conditioning and in-house restaurant. Walking distance to public transport and convenient store. Near to mangga dua shopping complex. Most of all very competitive price.

Easy to check in, the room is clean and comfy, the toilet is clean, the menu for breakfast is vary. But the parking basement is too narrow, it's quite tricky to park.
